Supply and Installation of Complete Remedies Protection System (ESE Lightning Arrester) at Achara, Betul, Belekeri & Malpe Lighthouses under Goa Directorate

Supply and Installation of Early Streamer Emission (ESE) lightning air conductor. Equipped with Stainless central pick up rod. Full electrical continuity between the tip and the earth point. Fully autonomous (no battery, no external power supply required) Collect energy through streamer emission controlled with detects the lightning and trigger a streamer (3,5KV and 20A). The ESE shall cover the area of 80mtrs. Radius. Manufactured as per CPRI Requirements & as per Indian standard. (For Belekeri, Malpe, Betul and Achara Lighthouses)

Supply and Installation of single length (For Belekeri and Malpe Lighthouses – 4m, Betul and Achara Lighthouses – 6m) heavy duty elevation pole (Lightning arrester mast) made of GI “C” Class minimum 60mm dia., with a M20 thread at the top to fix the ESE unit. Necessary provisions shall be provided for stay wire termination, fixing of insulated copper flat laying from the top (ESE unit) of the mast to bottom of the mast. The bottom of the mast shall be welded to 300 x 300 x 10mm GI plate and supported gazette plate with 4nos. of 22mm hole suitable for making foundation bolt for fixing the mast. The stay wires shall be made of 6mm SS in the grade of 304 with suitable SS wire rope clamp which withstand salty atmosphere and wind speed of 150km/hr. (For Belekeri, Malpe, Betul and Achara Lighthouses)

Supply and Installation of Additional 6 feet Triangle GI support to the mast with hand rail using 40mm GI ‘C’ class pipe (For Betul and Achara Lighthouses)

Supply and Installation of electrolytic grade copper (99.9%) flat of 25 x 3mm size as down conductor single length laying from the top of Lightning arrester (ESE) to earth plate pit. [Belekeri Lighthouse: 25m, Malpe Lighthouse: 25m, Betul Lighthouse: 35m and Achara Lighthouse: 40m approx.,]

Supply and Installation of IP67 Analogue Lightning counter for recording the lightning flashes. (For Belekeri, Malpe, Betul and Achara Lighthouses)

Supply and Installation of 2Nos. of copper bonded earthing electrode (Complete with IS 3043/IEC 62561-2) 25mm dia., x 3000mm long earthing rods shall be manufactured from low carbon, high tensile steel molecularly bonded with 99.9% electrolytic copper(electro plating) which preserves the copper thickness ensuring corrosion resistance across the rod along with NABL certified earth enhancing compound (for each Lighthouse)

Supply and Installation of UG 1Core x 35sq.mm flexible copper conductor cable laying from earth pit to Generator

Labour charges for making bore of 6" or 8" dia x 20feet depth for providing electrode earthing. The Lighthouse located rocky area difficult to digging earth pit. Using compressor driller for making earth pit (as per Drawing 9.1.10)

Labour charges for making Masonry enclosure with lid and connections between earth pit ad generator

Miscellaneous items for the purchase of SS bolts, nuts, sleeves, cable sockets, cotton tapes etc.
