Provision of FOB 3m wide with ramps & other allied works at Sirhi Itara, Kathara, Patara, Dohru and Dapsaura stations on Bhimsen-Yamuna South Bank Section in c/with Doubling work between Khairar-Bhimsen station of NOrth Central Railway

Tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of "V/N" or 'V' whichever is less; Where V= Advertised value of the tender in Crores of Rupees N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of " total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. However in case balance sheet of the previous year is yet to be prepared/audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating average annual contractual turnove

The tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited: Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, or Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, or One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender. Similar nature work is "Fabrication and erection of steel structure or launching de-launching of steel girder"

Tenderer must upload attested copy of PAN card of his own (Proprietary Firm) / Partnership Firm/company / Joint Venture (JV) / Registered Society/Registered Trust etc. whatever is applicable,on behalf of tender has been submitted.

Following documents must be submitted if WorkExperience Certificate submitted in TechnicalEligibility Criteria has been issued by Public listedcompany. Failure in submission of any of below-listed documents may lead to summarily rejectionof offer. (i) Copy of Work Order (ii) Bill of quantities(iii) Bill wise details of payment received dulycertified by Chartered Accountant (iv) TDScertificates for all payments received (v) Copy offinal/last bill paid by company (vi) Copy of document regarding person authorized by the Publiclisted Company to issue such certificate, duly self-attested (vi) Copy of document showing annualturnover of the public listed company in last threefinancial years excluding current financial year, duly self-attested (vii) Copy of the documents regardinglisting in the National Stock Exchange or BombayStock Exchange with details of status of listing ason date of opening of tender, duly selfattested (viii)Copy of document of incorporation / registration ofthe Public listed company (should be at least 5years prior to date of opening of tender), duly self-attested

As per Clause No.17 of Tender Form (Second Sheet)Annex. I of Part-I of GCC-2022, the tenderer shallclearly specify whether the tender is submitted on his own (Proprietary Firm) or on behalf of a Partnership Firm / company / Joint Venture (JV) /Registered Society / Registered Trust etc. For this,tenderer shall submit information as per Annexure-with the attested copies of the constitution of theirconcern. If it is NOT mentioned in the submittedtender that tender is being submitted on behalf of aSole Proprietorship firm / Partnership firm / JointVenture / Registered Company etc., then the tendershall be treated as having been submitted by theindividual who has signed the tender (As per Clause No. 14(ii)(d) of Tender Form (Second Sheet) Annex. (As per Clause No. 14 of Tender Form of Part-I of GCC-2022) The tenderer whether sole proprietor, a company or a partnership firm / LLP / registeredsociety / registered trust etc. if they want to actthrough agent or individual partner(s), shouldsubmit a copy of power of attorney duly stampedand authenticated by a Notary Public or byMagistrate in favour of the specific person whetherhe/they be partner(s) of the firm or any other person specifically authorizing him/them to sign the tender documents, submit the tender & createliability against firm / company / LLP / society /trust, sign the agreement, receive money, coordinate measurements through contractor'sauthorized engineer, witness measurements, signmeasurement books, compromise, settle, relinquish any claim(s) preferred by the firm and sign "No Claim Certificate" and refer all or any disputes to arbitration. Tenderer must submit this power of attorney in Proforma depending upon type of firm. Offer will be summarily rejected in case of nonsubmission of such document.

Tenderer must submit list of Plants & Machinery available on hand (own) and proposed to be inducted and hired for the tendered work

In case, tender has been submitted on behalf of partnership firm, tenderer must upload partnershipdeed complying with Clause 18.2 of Tender Form(Second Sheet) Annex. I of Part-I of GCC-2022.Offer will be summarily rejected in case of non- submission of such document.

In case, tender has been submitted on behalf of LLP(Limited Liability Partnership) registered under LLPAct-2008, tenderer must submit followingdocuments: (i) LLP Agreement (ii) Certificate ofIncorporation (iii) Resolution passed by partners ofLLP firm for submitting tender by LLP firm and todeal with tender on behalf of the firm. Offer will besummarily rejected in case of nonsubmission ofsuch documents.

In case, tender has been submitted on behalf of Registered Society & Registered Trust, tenderer must submit following documents: (i) Certificate of Registration (ii) Deed of Formation. Offer will be summarily rejected in case of non-submission ofsuch documents.

Tenderer must submit an undertaking that neither I/ We (name of the sole Proprietor Firm / PartnershipFirm / Limited Company / LLP / Registered Society /Trust / JV firm) nor any of the partner orpartnership firm / LLP / Member of RegisteredSociety / Trust / Constituent of JV firm includingpartner of partnership firm in JV has / have beenblack listed or debarred by Railway or any otherMinistry / Department / Public Sector Undertakingof the Government of India / any State Govt. fromparticipation in tenders / contracts as on the date ofopening of bids, either in our individual capacity orin any firm in which we were / are partners. Concealment / wrong information in regard to above shall make the contract liable for determination under Clause 62 of the General Conditions of Contract. Offer will be summarily rejected in case of non-submission of such document.

An undertaking by all partners of the LLP that they are not blacklisted or debarred by Railways or any other Ministry / Department of the Govt. of Indiafrom participation in tenders / contracts as on thedate of submission of bids, either in their individual capacity or in any firm/LLP or JV in which they were/ are partners/members. Concealment /wrong information in regard to above shall make the contract liable for determination under Clause 62 of the Standard General Conditions of Contract.

In case, tender has been submitted on behalf of company registered under Companies Act2013,tenderer must submit following documents: (i)Memorandum of Association (MOA) (ii) Article of Association (AOA) (iii) Resolution passed by Board of Directors authorizing its Director / employee to deal with tender on behalf of company. Offer will be summarily rejected in case of non-submission of such documents.

Tenderer must submit Bid Capacity as per GCC 2022, with latest corrections.
