Note- PCC filling of hollow section shall be measured and paid seperately.

S & F pressed steel door frames conforming to IS: 4351, manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.25 mm thickness, size 105 mm X 60 mm, Profile B, single rebate including hinges, mortar guards, lock strike plate, shock absorbers complete all as specified and as directed. Note- PCC filling of hollow section shall be measured and paid separately.

S & F 35 mm thick, timber species of super group and durability class I as per IS 12896: 1990 and first grade as per IS 1003 (Part-1): 2003, factory made, panelled shutters (multi panels) with lock rail and panel of 12 mm thick veneered particle board, Grade -I, Type -I (solid core, general purpose), designation (SO GP-I) conforming to IS 3097 supplied and fixed to chowkhats. The size of style and rail as per IS 1003 (Part I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated.

M & L for 35 mm thick, timber species of super group and durability class I as per IS 12896: 1990 and first grade as per IS 1003 (Part-2): 1994, factory made, glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, wire gauze, etc. (without sash bar), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I section 8 Clause 8.24 (b) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

The strips should have in their center a grove of 6 mm width and 1 mm depth for sinking the head of the screw used to fix the strips to the wall vertically at an equal interval of 255 mm between two PVC strips. The PVC strips shall be fixed to the wall using 65 mm long mild steel screws through the groove in the strip by using PVC fasteners. The distance between two screws shall not be more than 200 mm. A groove of 2 mm may be left at the joint of two panels for aesthetic looks. The exact size of the panel and correspondingly of the grid may vary depending on the size of the wall. Optionally a Strips of 5 mm (±0.25 mm) thick PVC sheet of width 75 mm feathered at the edges shall be stuck at the places where two panels are joined, using solvent cement. Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness including any pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated corrugated steel sheet, any pattern corresponding to IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for pre-painted hot-dip aluminium-zinc alloy metallic coated plain steel sheet as per IS 15965:2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150, 0.50 mm thick, of an approved colour and having yield strength of 550 MPa as in ridge/ valley/ gutter fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor for height of building exceeding 10 metres but not exceeding 20 metres complete all as specified and as directed.
