Cleaning and moping of floor area of site office building twice in a day including cost of all materials required for moping and cleaning materials like lizol etc. Tools and plants, labour charges and safety appliances etc., complete (water will be supplied at free of cost by TNPGCL)

Cleaning of Cobwebs and coal/ash dust in the ceiling, side walls partition walls along with doors and windows once in a month and including cost of all required cleaning materials, Tools and Plants, labour charges, Ladder arrangement, lead and lift , safety appliances etc., complete (water will be supplied at free of cost by TNPGCL)

Cleaning of toilets including water closets, urinals, wash basin, floor, side wall, etc., twice in a day including all labour charges, cost of consumables such as mob, bucket and cleaning materials such as Harpic, Cine fresh phenyl, bleaching powder, strain remover, Naphthalene balls, brushes, and safety appliances etc complete. (water will be supplied at free of cost by TNPGCL)

Sweeping and cleaning of open areas around office buildings, collection and removal of garbage, including watering for Border plants,flower plant and other plant and trees daily and removal of unwanted weeds,dry leaves in the garden, trimming of leaves, applying fertilizer and manure including cost of all gardening tools like hose, shovel, Digging Bar etc, Tools and plants, labour charges and safety appliances etc., complete (water will be supplied at free of cost by TNPGCL)

Cleaning of Bottom and sides of OHT and Ground Water Tank in the site office thoroughly including dewatering the dead storage water, cost of Bleaching Powder, Brush etc, Labour Charges, Lead, Lift etc complete. (Water will be provided byTNPGCL at free of cost)

Supplying and pumping portable water to the water tank at site office building during morning and afternoon session including water charges, pumping charges, diesel charges, transportation charges, driver charges, labour charges and Tools & Plants etc., complete as directed by Engineer at site.

Road sweeping and collection of litter, dry leaves, earth, ash / dust etc/., along road thrice in a week and disposing away including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift broomstick, gunny bags safety tools and appliances etc., complete as instructed by the Enigneer at site.

Labour for carrying out repair/rectification/replacement works in plumbing, door & windows by engaging respective labours for respective works excluding cost of replacement materials. The rate includes the cost of T&P, etc., complete.
