Almirah Steel med Steel/Almirah Med 1/2 H 1/2S (FD 67/1032) S & F following components of Almirah steel med including dismantling unservicable one all as specified and as directed (a) Lock with duplicate keys (Make of Lock- LICO/RINA)

(b) Handle 100 mm size chromium plated

(c) 3 way locking device with necessary fittings and painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of olive green/smoke grey shade of approved quality over a coat of primer.

(d) Supply and fix leg made of 1mm thick CRCA sheet duly welded/riveted and painted with two coats of synthetic emamel paint of olive green/smoke grey shade of approved quality over a coat of primer.

(e) Supply and fix door shutters made of 1mm thick CRCA sheet including chromium plated steel handle 100mm size -01 No, 3 way locking device with lock with duplicate keys- 01 No, key hole and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of olive green/smoke grey/red or any shade as approved over a coat of primer both inside and outside after preparation of surface complete all as specified and shown on drawing. (Note for steel painting;- All steel surface shall be done with spray painting) (Make of Lock-LICO/RINA)

(f) Supply and fix shelves made of 1mm thick CRCA sheet welded/riveted and painted with two coats of synthetic emamel paint of olive green/smoke grey/any shade as approved over a coat of primer.

(g) Preparation of old painted steel sufaces by scraping with emary paper, cleaning, dusting and making the surfaces smooth by applying putty wherever required and applying two coats of (spray painting)synthetic enamel paint of olive green/Smoke Grey/ any shade of approved quality both inside and outside including dents/bends complete all as specified and as directed.

Locker Bed Side steel (FD-1029) S & F following components of Locker steel including dismantling unservicable one all as specified and as directed. (a) Handle 100 mm size chromium plated

Hasp & staple 100mm chromium plated

Supply and fix leg made of 1mm thick CRCA sheet duly welded/riveted and painted with two coats of synthetic emamel paint of olive green/smoke grey/ any shade of approved quality over a coat of primer.

Supply and fix new door shutters made of 1mm thick CRCA sheet including chromium plated handle 100mm size -01 No, chromium plated hasp & stapple of approved quality and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of olive green/smoke grey/ any shade of approved quality over a coat of primer both inside and outside after preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix new curtain rod SS of size 20mm dia of 1.6mm wall thickness of locker steel

(f) Preparation of old paint ed steel sufaces by scraping with emary paper, cleaning, dusting and making the surfaces smooth by applying putty wherever required and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of olive green shade/Smoke Grey/ any shade of approved quality both inside and outside complete including dents/bends complete all as specified and as directed.

Table dining 900x 900 mm steel (FD-1009) S & F following components of Table dinning 900x900 mm steel including dismantling unservicable one all as specified and as directed. (a) Leg/stiffener 25 x 25 x 1.6mm thick MS squire pipe duly welded to the frame including minor repairs to the table and painting the replaced portion.

(b) Table top made of pre-laminated MDF board exterior grade 18mm thick post-formed with 0.6 mm thick laminated in Mohigni/Walnut colour/shade as approved by Engr-in-Charge with 2 mm thick PVC edging of Make : Rehau/Pegasus/Kynes shall be fixed on two sides it complete with strong bonded chemical adhesive through hot pressed machine all as specified in drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(c) Preparation of the old painted steel surfaces by scraping with emery paper, cleaning and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of olive green shade of approved quality.

(d) PVC shoe

Table office officer/clerk steel (FD-84/1003,1004 ) S & F following components of Table office/clerk steel including dismantling unservicable one all as specified and as directed. (a) Drawer made of 1mm CRCA sheet including painting with synthetic enamel paint of olive green shade of approved quality over a coat of primer both inside and outside including preparation of surfaces and repairing inter locking system and providing new lock 6 lever to top drawer.

(b) Leg/stiffener 25 x 25 x 1.6mm thick MS square pipe duly welded to the frame and painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer.

(c) Lock with duplicate keys(Make- Lico/Rina)

(d) Complete box comprising of 03 drawers made of 1mm CRCA sheet including locking arrangement/accessories and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of olive green shade of approved quality over a coat of primer/putty ofTable office Officer/Clerk Steel.

(h) Preparation of old painted steel sufaces by scraping with emary paper, cleaning, dedusting and making the surfaces smooth by applying putty/red oxide primer wherever required and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of olive green/Smoke Grey/any shade as approved both inside and outside complete all as specified and as directed for Table office officer steel.

(j) Preparation of old painted steel sufaces by scraping with emary paper, cleaning, dedusting and making the surfaces smooth by applying putty/red oxide primer wherever required and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of olive green/Smoke Grey/ any shade of approved both inside and outside complete all as specified and as directed for Table office clerk Steel.

Chair steel tubular with/ without arms (FD-75 M) S & F following components of Chair steel tubular with/ without arms made out of shisham wood french polished duly plastic canned in 'Godrej' pattern with plastic cane 2mm width and borders with 4mm wide plastic cane fixed with screws 4 Nos and nuts to the chair frame complete all as per drawing. including dismantling unservicable one all as specified and as directed. (a) Seat frame

(b) Back frame

(c) Handle made of shisham wood duly french polished and fixed to the chair tubular with arms with screws of suitable size.

(d) MS Flat size 25 x 25 x 4mm thick welded at corner at bottom of the seat only to support and screwed with the seat .

(e) Preparation of surfaces and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint OG colour to chair steel tubular with/without arms including 4 Nos of PVC bushes to the bottom of the chair frame and 2 Nos of PVC caps on the top of the frame.

Table Dining ORs (FD-165) Removing of old unserviceable top of table dining ORs and S & F new top made of pre-laminated MDF board exterior grade 18mm thick post-formed with 0.6 mm thick laminated in Mohigni/Walnut colour/shade as approved by Engr-in-Charge with 2 mm thick PVC edging of Make : Rehau/Pegasus/Kynes shall be fixed on two sides it complete with strong bonded chemical adhesive through hot pressed machine all as specified in drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out of unserviceable stiffner and S & F new stiffner of mild steel square tube as per existing shape and size of Table dining ORs.

Preparation of old painted steel sufaces of table dining ORs by scraping with emery paper, cleaning, dusting and making the surfaces smooth and applying two coats of olive green/black colur/shade of approved synthetic enamel paint including fixing of four Nos of PVC shoes to each leg.

Chair Verandah(FD-256) Preparation of steel tubular frame surfaces with emery paper and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of white colour of approved quality and recaning the chair fully both seat and back with new plastic cane, white, half round of size 4mm wide including providing new suitable 04 Nos PVC shoes to the each leg of approved quality.

Teapoy Varandah (FD-255/383)Preparation of old painted steel sufaces by scraping with emery paper, cleaning, dusting and making the surfaces smooth and applying two coats of white synthetic enamel paint including four Nos PVC shoes.

(b) Removing old U/s table top and S/F top made of pre-laminated MDF board exterior grade 18mm thick post-formed with 0.6 mm thick laminated in Mohigni/Walnut colour/shade as approved by Engr-in-Charge with 2 mm thick PVC edging of Make : Rehau/Pegasus/Kynes shall be fixed on two sides it complete with strong bonded chemical adhesive through hot pressed machine all as specified in drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Table 3'x2' with/without drawer steel FD-283,1008,223,310,1007 S & F following components of Table dinning 900x600 mm steel including dismantling unservicable one all as specified and as directed. (a) Leg/stiffener 25 x 25 x 1.6mm thick MS square pipe duly welded to the frame including minor repairs to the table and painting the replaced portion.
