Comprehensive maintenance and cleaning, Greasing, Minor repairs to Diesel Engine set of 40KVA to 75KVA capacity including servicing of oil pump, water pump, adjustment of tappets, minor repairs of self starter and dynamo, minor repair of radiator with cleaning, repair to generator control panel by replacement existing burnt out of copper wire including repair/ replacement of toggle switches and its connected accessories, replacement of spares of gasket and joints etc. for DG set of capacity 40KVA to 75KVA to the entire satisfaction by the Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No. 1 above but for 10KVA to 30KVA DG Set.

Repair/overhauling /Calibration of fuel injection pump and nozzle with holder assembly of diesel engine including providing new parts such as delivery valves. Elements, tapet gear, plungar , noozzie copper washes, leak off pipes, banzo bolts, service kit, governer repair etc in replacement of existing UNSV Parts including re-assembiling, setting , fixing and testing at site suitable of 10KVA to 30KVA DG set, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per serial item No. 3 above but for 40KVA to 75KVA DG Set.

Repair / Replacement of safety devices for DG set such as water temperature meter, Hour Meter, oil pressure meter, water temperature sensor, LO pressure sensor, vacuum indicator for following DG sets :-

(a) 40KVA to 75KVA

(b)10KVA to 30KVA

M&L for preparation of old painted body surface of 40 to 75 KVA DG set and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint as per colour code to the body of DG set and alternator and red colour to the belt guard including writing MES/SM Nos complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No. 8 above but for 10KVA to 30KVA DG Set.

Supply and fix V belt for any drive suitable for DG set capacity 10 to 75 KVA, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairs to exhaust manifold by replacement of worn out silencer unit of required size and shape suitable for DG set 10 KVA to 30 KVA, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per serial item No. 11 above but for 40KVA to 75KVA DG Set.

Cleaning of fuel tank of any capacity by draining out diesel and cleaning internally with the help of cleaning agent and compressed air , drain out the sludge/foreign matter deposited inside the diesel tank of any capacity of DG set from 10 to 75 KVA capacity, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for reconditioning of lead acid battery of capacity 60/90/100/180 AH 12 volt capacity by replacing the damaged cell , separator and filling diluted electrolite of appropriate concentration and charging, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable battery charger and supply and fix battery charger suitable for charging lead acid battery 6/12volt boost and trickle charging mode, 230 volt single phase complet with charging lead connecting clip, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for replacement of lubrication oil 20W40, make Castrol in DG sets of capacity 10 to 75 KVA, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for repair of self starter 12 volts (other than minor fault) suitable for 40 to 75 KVA DG sets by replacing the defective worn out parts including testing, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per serial item No 17 above but for 10 to 30 KVA capacity DG Set.

Taking out radiator assy and repair by cleaning washing flushing and removing blockage of chocked tubes including replacement of existing UNSV water tube soldering nuts bolts washers and making leakproof and testing at site of 10 to 30 KVA DG Set, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per serial item No 19 above but for 40 to 75 KVA capacity DG Set.

Replacement of battery copper leads 2 meter long H/D 35 Sq mm single core with copper thimble, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Replacement of battery terminals brass H/D of any capacity battery, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Repair to alternater complete by dismantling and cutting winding, cleaning, polishing, welding work and re-winding with suitable size and gauge of copper enamelled winding wire complete greasing, replacement of carbon brush, varneshing etc and testing after repair of 10 to 30 KVA DG Set, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per serial item No 23 above but for 40 to 75 KVA capacity DG Set.

Taking out Dynamo 12 V for complete repair including providing new parts such as armature, brushes, filed coil , bush bearings,cut out, bearing, pully nut, bolts & washer etc in replacement of exisitng UNSV Parts refixing and testing at site of 10 to 30 KVA DG Set, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per serial item No 25 above but for 40KVA to 75KVA capacity DG Set.

Supply only distilled water for lead acid cell 12 Volt, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and replacement of Automatic Voltage Regulator suitable for DG sets of Capacity 10KVA to 75KVA, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

AC VOLTAGE STABILIZER/UPS M & L for repair to AC voltage stabilizer by removing burnt out entire copper winding from coils and rewinding of the same coil with super enameled copper wire of appropriate gauge as per original including providing insulation paper, cotton tape, varnishing heating, reassembling, and testing complete all as specified and directed of capacity 0.50 KVA to 2.0 KVA voltage stabilizer, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item no 29 above but 3.15 KVA voltage stabilizer

All as per item no 29 above but 4 to 5 KVA voltage stabilizer

M & L for replacement of MCB, SP, 240 Volts, 50 Hz, 32 Amps single phase, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Repairing & Overhauling minor of Voltage Stabilizer of upto 2 KVA Capacity including replacement of Relay, Capacitors, Switches, Voltmeters and Testing, etc, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Repairing & Overhauling minor of Voltage Stabilizer of 3 to 5 KVA Capacity of any MAKE including replace-ment of Relay, Capacitors, Switches, Voltmeters and Testing, etc., complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for repair to AC servo voltage stabilizer by removing burnt out entire copper winding from coils and rewinding of the same coil with super enameled copper wire of appropriate gauge as per original including providing insulation paper, cotton tape, varnishing heating,copper lugs,and nuts and bolts etc and reassembling and testing complete all as specified and directed of capacity 20 KVA to 30 KVA voltage stabilizer, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L Repairing & Overhauling of servo Voltage Stabilizer of 20 to 30 KVA Capacity including replacement of Relay, Capacitors, Switches, Voltmeters and Testing, etc., complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for topping up of transformer oil of dielectric strength more than 50KV in servo voltage stabilizer, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting AC supply,dismantling, taking down and opening Servo stabilizer having capacity 20 KVA to 75KVA. Servicing, repair/replacement unserviceable parts such as contact bush, mechanical tap moving system, filtration of oil, topup new oil, servo motor, carbon busher assembly with carbon and repair/maint/replacement of PC board, indicator, transformer etc and other minor parts found defective during repairing. Re-assembling the same after repairing and commissioning testing, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE :- Parts replaced of voltage stabilizer shall be measured and paid separetly under respective items.

NOTE :- Parts replaced of Aqua Guard shall be measured and paid separetly under respective items.

REVERSE OSMOSIS (R.O) PLANT Taking down R.O. capacity 15/25 ltr/hour from its position by disconnecting electric& water connection, servicing the same by cleaning the filters with the help of clean water and compressed air as required, dismantling the unserviceable part/components, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
