Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description in any position not otherwise specially provided complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar incl aii quoins, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fly ash brickwork with modular flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints,hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement (including as in patches also) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone boulder masonary laid dry complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L boulder pitching, laid dry, hand packed tightly as in vertical bonds with slooping face (Avg size of boulders should not less than 0.30 Cum) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for keyed pointing to stone masonary, boulder pitching uncoursed or brought upto course in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for MS TMT bars, 5mm dia & over up to including 10mm, cut ot length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with wire and quality conforming to Fe-410-W(Gde. E-250) Quality A or Fe 290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
