TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICERS WORKS IN OTM ACCN AT OAF ZONE B UNDER GE 970 EWS

To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained in condition 4(A) of IAFW-2249 and also those referred to the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions here-in-after and also those referred to as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid MES schedule during the period of 365 days from the acceptance of this contract or from the date given in acceptance letter at the rates contrained in MES schdule subject to contractors %age as given in BOQ OR At such rates as may be fixed under the provisions of condition 62(G) of IAFW-2249. OR At supplementary rates given in Appx 'A' of Sch 'A'
