Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc complete.

M & L for mild steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length,bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor, slabs landings and stair and similar work not exc. 20 cm thick flat rough to receive plaster all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick walls/ concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement in any position incl scafolding etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plaster external wall and ceiling surfaces of and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete.

M & L for Preparation of newly plastered /unplastered surfaces of walls and ceilings and applying Two coats of Oil Bound Distemper on wall surfaces over a coat of primer ,complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls including brooming down or scraping down with steel wire brushes of smoke spots , moulds ,moss efflocerent salts and treading oil and greasy spots, filling the cracks, holes with POP/Putty and applying One coat of Oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of plastered, unplastered or pointing old decorated surfaces of walls including brooming down or scraping down with steel wire brushes of smoke spots , moulds ,moss efflocerent salts and treading oil and greasy spots, filling the cracks, holes with POP/Putty and applying One coat of Cement Based Paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of plastered, unplastered or pointing old decorated surfaces of walls including brooming down or scraping down with steel wire brushes of smoke spots , moulds ,moss efflocerent salts and treading oil and greasy spots, filling the cracks, holes with POP/Putty and applying One coat of weather schiled exterior acrylic emulsion paint of any tint all as per manufacturers instructions to achive desired finish at any height complete all as directed. Note :- 1. Stage for prepration of surfaces shall be got approved from GE before applying the finishes.

M & L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls duly completely scraping down the existing surfaces and applying 2-3mm thick wall care putty (JK/Birla) in two or more coats complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying Two coats of weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint of any tint all as per manufacturers instructions to achive desired finish at any height over a coat of exterior primer complete all as directed.

M & L for One Coat of Synthetic Enamel Paint on wooden surfaces including prepration of Old surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for One Coat of Synthetic Enamal Paint on steel surfaces including prepration of Old steel surface of any description, over 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted corrugated or plain steel , iron, concrete or AC sheet corrugated/semi corrugated surfaces (Roof top upto a height of 15 mtrs) of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Green/Blue/Red or white colour as per requirement at site and as directed by Engr-in-Charge) complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for hot bitumen filling on mastic joints upto 40mm deep and averaging 10mm wide @ 2.50 kg/10RM including removing and cleaning the existing cracked mastic joint and surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing existing black top surfaces by using mechanical air blower of adequate capacity as directed to remove all loose dirt e.t.c complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying evenly one coat of water based bituminous road marking thinable paint of black colour on prepared black top surfaces. Rate of application shall not be less than 1ltr/20sqm complete all as directed by engr-in-Charge and GE.

M & L for preparation of black top surfaces of road by cleaning with air blower and applying 1.5mm thick road marking strips, dahses, arrows letters etc upto 10cm wide or more (retro-reflective) of white or golden yellow shade/colour using hot thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and driven by experienced operator on road surface including cleaning all loose dirt, seals, oil greases and foreign materials etc complete all as directed. (Make : Asian Paints/APCO or equivalent).

M & L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer and 2mm thick wall care putty any tint on New/old painted plastered surfaces or brick, stone, concrete, kerb stone, asbestos cement or plastered surface exceeding 10cm width or girth including completely scraping/removing the existing old painted surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of pathway/flooring duly brooming/scraping the existing surfaces and also removing the vegetable/glass over it (over Interlocking/Chequired tile/concrete surfaces) or any type of other surfaces old/new or in any position and applying two coats of floor paint of superior quality complete all as specified and as directed. (Make : Asian Paints/Berger/Indigo).

Deep Cleaning of surfaces such as (Granite, Kota Stone, Any other type of floor/wall tiling surfaces) horizontal or vertical after complete filling of white cement and pigment on existing grooves including scraping/sweeping of the cement slurry, dust, mud, algae or any type of foreign materials or any type of debris and cleaning the splashes upto the complete satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- 1. Deep cleaning shall be done through a light grinding cleaning machine having water tank mounted and water sprayer, operated by an experienced operator and by using water and adequate floor cleaner and chemical. 2. Water through water bowser, grinding machine, operator and floor cleaning chemical shall be arranged by the contractor and no extra payment shall be made for the same 3. Splashes or debris coming out from cleaning shall be thrown, out side defence land and the rate shall be deemed included in the unit quoted rate for item).

M & L for factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required (Size and pattern as approved by GE) and including dismantling of old existing kerb stone of any type and size etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall / view cutter etc, fixed with self tapping screws with bent to a curve (of any radius as per required) including dismantling asbestos cement sheet in roof coverings ( corrugated , semicorrugated etc) any gauge, thickness, including , Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings in any pattern & position of roof coverings.complete all as specified and directed (Note : This item is also considered for old existing roof /wall covering partly repair with existing any type of sheet )

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor or in any position and paving not exc. 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 75 mm thick Cement concrete work as in plinth protection type C-1 , 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregates) with finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 75mm thick Cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D-2 (using 40mm graded agg) as in sub base of flooring or in any position including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor or in any position and paving not exc. 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block of any shape and size (Two colour combination) conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thick, M-35 Grade laid dry in floor/path over and including 50 mm thick sand bedding layer after dismantling of old interlocking tiles /path etc and remove from the MoD land complete all as specified and as directed. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Coloured Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 20-22mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 etc after dismantling of existing chequired tiles of any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down aluminium/UPVC door, window and ventilator shutter with frame upto 4Sqm each and refixing in same opening after necessary repair like securing glass beads, replacing handles, tower bolts, wiremesh replacing the broken glass and other minor repairs as required at site, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Cost of all fittings and fixtures required as per site shall be deemed included in the unit quoted rate for item).

S & F E-board 'Everest' make 600x600x4mm thick white prelaminated sett embosed reinforced designer ceiling board tiles of approved texture at all height laid on Hot dipped Galvanised iron imposed grid with 24mm wide T-section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated white. The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33mm thick GS sheet and of size 24x32x3000mm and spaced at 1200mm centers securely fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centers. Hangers of GI wire 4mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug, level and justers and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall. Flush fitting of 1200mm long cross tee (with double stitching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm center to form 1200x600mm modules cross tee longer than 600mm to be supported independently. 600x600mm modules to be formed by fitting 600mm long cross Tee centrally between the 1200mm cross tee. Tee, Perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45mm thick GS sheet of size 19x19mm and 300mm long of white colour all as per manufacture instruction including taking down the existing false ceiling of any type with frame work complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Precast RCC manhole covers of size required at site 100 mm thick medium duty factory made test load 10 tons (MD-10) conforming to IS-12592, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning old sewage lines any dia and cleaning of water with sludge from soakage wells with Mechanically operated 25 tonne truck mounted desludger with 12000Ltr capacity tanker having water fitted high pressure jet machine for cleaning and desludging of sewage line, soak wells, septic tanks etc., shall be used by the contractor as per scheduled programme in writing and completion of each job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge as instructed. (Note : (a) In case contractor fails to deploy the machine as per scheduled programme a recovery of Rs 1500/- per day shall be deducted from his payment. (b) Per day means 8 working Hrs in a day excluding standby period due to any reason.)
