M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, parapets and railing upto 60 cm in height, coping, kneelers, apex stones bed plates, etc and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary use and waste of form work complete.

M & L Preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise description, over 10 cm width or girth apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L machine pressed precast concrete 60 mm thick glossy interlocking paver block M-35 Grade to IS 15658-2006, with grey cement and no pigment laid over dry sand cushioning, filling of joints with sand including demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness etc. colour and shape approved by GE,complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately) .

M & L precast cement concrete curved stone with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:6 etc. , complete all as specified and directed.

M & L sand filling under floors or interlocking tile or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L glossy chequred cement concrete tile 25 cm x 25 cm x 20 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in floor with grey cement and pigment over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 including including demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in mass concrete, foundation and any other location etc. and including demolition of PCC, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge n. exc 63mm deposite, spread and levelled in layers n. exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surfaces complete all as specified directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipe 50 mm dia in any length provided as in brick wall as weep hole, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L providing factory made pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slabs, chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces etc set in cement mortar 1:4 including chamfered weathering, throating etc with necessary form work and including demolition of reinforced cement concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel TMT bar 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.
