Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering , all works upto plinth level ( 1 : 4 : 8) 1 cement 4 coarse sand 8 stone aggregate grade , with 40mm nominal size . crushed

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering , all works upto plinth level ( 1 : 3 : 6 ) 1 cement 3 coarse sand 6 stone aggregate grade , with 20mm nominal size .crushed with boulder with 20% stone boulders.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (Non-modular) brick of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Extra for brick work in Super structure above plinth level upto floor V level

Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc and removal of form work Foundation footing bases of columns etc

Providing and laying Damp Proof course 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 and curing complete

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 ( 1 cement 6 fine sand )

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of requried shade New work(one or more coat )applied @2.20.kg/10 sqm over priming coat of primer applied @0.80 litres/10 sqm complete including cost of priming coat

Steel work welded in built up section, trusses and framed works including cutting , hoising, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and painting all complete

Dismantling of Old wall (lum sum)

Carriage of material by Mechanical transport/ manual lead/ including loading ,unloading and stacking completed sand lead up to 20km and manual lead up to 200 mtr

Carriage of material by mechanical transport including loading ,unloading and stacking completed stone aggregates below 40 mm size lead up to 50km and manual lead upto 200 mtr

Carriage of material by manual lead including loading ,unloading and stacking completed stone upto 500 MTR

Carriage of material by mechanical transport including loading ,unloading and stacking completed Brick lead up to 220 km and manual lead 200 mtr
