REPAIRS TO ROOF TREATMENT, CHAJJA, ROOF FACIA, ROOF PROJECTION, ROOF SHEET AND PLASTER AT CERTAIN LOCATION AT ZONE I AND II AT UMROI MIL STN UNDER GE UMROI

Dismantling/taking down existing hessain base felt or clay tiles or any other existing water proofing treatment from roof/chajja including cement plaster, cleaning the surface and removing the dismantled debris to a distance upto 50 m and apply 15 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar and laying water proofing membrane treatment using 4mm thick APP modified membrane consisting five layer membranes with features as specified, weighing not less than 4.00kg/sqm laid over a coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.40 kg/sqm by torching the membrane and sealing the over lap by 100mm length side and 150mm width side all as per ,anufactures instruction including joints and changes in direction be curved with cement mortar 10mm thick 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @ 200ml/bag of cement cured well before laying of membrane, including applying two coats of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 litre/sqm all as per manufacturer instructions and to the satisfication of Eng-In-Charge: Note: (i) Irrespective of lap the net covered area will only be measured for payment.(ii) The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of bituminouus primer, APP membrane, Solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint , SBR latex and diconnecting and refixing existing water tank and necessary pipe fitting.

M&L for preparing old painted surfaces by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying a coat of distemper oil emulsion on surfaces of walls with putty of 1.0 mm thick wherever requried as per direction of Engr-in-charge compelete all as specified and as directed. Note: Wall Putty will be measured and paid seperately.

Material and labour of 1 mm thick internal wall putty on wall/Ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying One coat of acrylic emulsion exterior paint (Anti fungal paint-APEX) on old decorative surface of wall, ceiling cornices including preperation of surfaces by brooming scrapping down dust particle, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efforescent salts etc and making surface smooth by applying ready mix putty where required

M&L for Cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate), on concrete surface over top of RCC chajjas with using waterproofing compund as per manufacturer instruction finished even & fair with using extra cement inclduing demolition of cement concrete of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for Note: Quoted rate are incl of scaffolding up to 4th storey height and water proffing completed.

M&L TMT bars 10 mm and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking and binding with MS wire n less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing 15/20mm bore and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store and S&F CPVC pipes 20 mm outer diameter of SDR 11 & plain CPVC SDR 11 and fittings as in walls, ceiling, floor, etc. complete all as specified. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 500 Litre Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position with float valve/ball valve of 20 mm dia high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed in repairs . (Minimum weight 15mm-142gms/ 2 0 m m - 2 1 0 g m s . /25mm-455gms/ 40mm- 690 gms) , including 20 mm bore CPVC Ball valve and Tank adaptor all as specified in SSR Part I including dismantling of existing tank complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in repair half round color coated UPVC gutter/runner drop for rain water drain in bldgs of size not exceeding 150 mm with firmly attached downpout of suitable size discharging storm water into PVC SWR pipe of 110 mm dia and similar works etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: the rate shall be inclusive of downpouts,drop outlet,Elbows,End cap,Straight connecter,Brackets, downspout couple,splash block,out site corner,clamps as required at site as per standered Engineering practice and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating PPGL based corrugated/Trapezoidal steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dimantling of existing roof sheet complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating PPGL based plain steel sheet 0.60mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall eave board , fixed with self tapping screws,including dimantling of existing roof sheet complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour preparation of old surface and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old CGI roof steel surfaces and other steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix second class hard wood, clean sawn, weather boarding (Eaves Board of second class hard wood) plain 25mm thick and 225mm wide (V jointed to give 20mm laps) and including two coat of synthetic enamel paint with one coat of pink primer and including replace old decayed boarding & including cutting out old pieces and removing dismantling boarding, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Quoted rate deemed to be inclusive of scafolding work upto 14.00 meter ht.

M&L for preparation of old wooden weather boarding (Eaves board) of size 225 mm wide and 25 mm thick of any description and applying one coat of synthic enamal paint complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Quoted rate deemed to be inclusive of scafolding work upto 14.00 meter ht.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C- 2 in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) including demolition of exisitng concrete complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for MS steel tubular work in post, rafter, purlin including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welding tubes confirming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240. Note: 1.The quoted rate incl of one coat of zinc chromate primer and two coat of synthetic enamal paint complete all as specified and directed. 2. The quoted rate inclusive of dismantling of existing steel work of any description and position.
