Up-Gradation of Chowari to Jot road KM 0/0 to 22/0 under PMGSY package No HP-02-04

Setting out road alignment by constructing 1(one) number reference bench mark 4 (four) numbers bench mark per kilometer and near or drainage structure bridges or any other road side structure ,reference pillars/burgees at rate of 50(fifty metres) intervals on both side of the formation width complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Excavation in hilly areas in all heights and depths and in all kinds of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock ,soft rock ,hard rock chiseling, wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil complete including setting out true to the lines, grades, width, cutting and trimming of side slopes and levels as shown on the drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site, according to the MORD technical specification section 300 and 1600 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same within all leads and lifts in acquired road width and transportation of un-useful materials for filling in roadways camber ,embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all sur plus materials to approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means alongwith its leveling fine dressing and carriage of machineries ,materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required.All useful materials such as stones, shingle aggregate and slates etcetera shall be sorted out and stacked in proper stack. Recovery of stones to the tune of 20036.20 cubic metre quantity @ Rs. 300/- only ( at the rate of rupees three hundred ) only per cubic metre shall be effected from the contractor’s running bills on pro-rata basis as per actual quantity executed. Any loss to the public/ private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Loosening of ground upto a level of 300mm (Three hundred millimetre ) below the sub grade level, watered, graded with motor grader and compacted in layers to meet the requirements of table 300.2 three wheel 80-100 (eighty to hundred) kN static roller for sub grade construction as per MORD technical specifications section 300 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Construction of sub grade and Earthen Shoulder with approved material obtained from borrow pits with in all leads and lifts transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.2 as per MORD Technical Specification Clause section 400 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetera in all type of classification of soil, comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock , hard rock chiseling / wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and MORD technical specification section 300 and 1600 as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal un-useful materials upto any lead and lift including dressing of sides bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable / approved materials to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) compacted thickness including shoring, strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete 1:4:8 [ One cement is to four sand is to eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size] including pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) and removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying concrete including the cost of form work and curing complete in Retaining walls and Breast walls etcetera,as per drawings and MORD technical specification sections 800, 900,1200 and 1600 and asper direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidentals.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing 100mm cone (Hundred millimeter) diameter PVC(poly Vinyl chloride) pipe Weep holes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutments, wing walls return walls and retaining /breast walls etc., extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1 (V) : 20 (H) (one vertical is to twenty horizontal ) towards draining face complete as per drawings and MORD technical specifications clause section 700 and 1200 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4mm(four millimetre) dia G.I. wire( Galvanized iron wire) confirming to IS: 280 and IS: 4826 in 100mmx100mm(one hundred millimetre into one hundred millimetre) mesh (woven diagonally) including 10% (ten percent) extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 40kg (forty kilogram) each as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 1300 and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads ,lifts and other incidental.
