The complete unit should be in steel case enamel painted and fitted with steel wheel rollers for easy portability. The 3 phase manual operated copper wound oil cooled Voltage Stabilizer shall have the following characteristics features;-
I. Continuous duty performance at ambient temperature 200C to 550C.
II. Stable and effective under system power factor and frequency fluctuation as well as over loaded up to 50 % of the connected load.
III. Low internal impedance.
IV. Negligible wave form distortion during starting under operation and stopping condition.
V. Accommodate the effect of higher starting current and should be able to recover from the shock.
VI. No over shooting or hunting.
VII. negligible phase shift ensuring no change in system power factor.
VIII. The Stabilizer shall have ;
a.) Suitable Breather
b.) Leak proof de-sledging and drain cock for transformer oil.
c.) Lifting Hooks provided at suitable position for handling or equipment.
d.) Oil gauge for monitoring Oil levels of transformer oil.
The equipment Shall be designed and manufactured ensuring the safety requirements as envisaged in IS:8447 and IS:302 both with latest amendments. The stabilizer should be provided with a arrangement to avoid any seepage of water into the voltage stabilizer. The stabilizer should be incorporated with core of 1st quality of CRGO/silicon steel with the conductor of 99.95% electrolytic copper. The body of the stabilizer shall be of M.S. Sheet having thickness of 14/16 SWG with the suitable size of tank to accumulate 200-220 Ltr.(approximate or above as per requirement) of transformer oil .
The job also includes Providing/fitting of following component /accessories.
i. MCCB/Fuses
(150KVA = 250 Amp.)
L&T/ABB/Havelles/Schneider
ii. Volt meter/ Ammeter/ Selector Switches/ Indicator lamps AE / L&T
iii. High voltage and low voltage, relays, earth fault relays Minilac/L&T

vi. Rotary switch of suitable rating should be provided to adjust the output voltage of suitable rating and should be of reputed make and of heavy duty to withstand all the tests and working load. The rotary switch should have eight steps with 2 steps down, 5 steps up and step No. 3 for line voltage. The regulator should be of heavy duty to with stand all the tests and working load.
vii. Heavy duty terminal block for input and output connections should be of reputed make and meant for heavy duty. Reputed Make conforming to IS: specifications.
viii. Gauge of the sheet out of which panel will be fabricated. 16 / 18 SWG
The job also includes providing of fresh Transformer oil above as per requirement).
The Voltage stabilizer shall be marked with manufactures name and trade mark on the plate fitted on the stabilizer indicating rating in KVA, range of input and out put voltage , rated out put current, frequency, number of phase, type of load viz. unbalanced input and balanced load , quantity of transformer oil and also the reference to the IS: standard. the firm shall consider necessary specifications as integral part of the equipment for the efficient of working if it is not mentioned in the above description. | 2 | Designing, fabrication, installation testing and commissioning control panel of 415 volt. AC-3 Phase, 50 Hz for T/Well Chatha Mill. The panel box of size 3'x1’x4’, be dust and vermin proof fabricated out of CR Sheet supported on MS angle suitable size. The panel shall be sturdy enough for vibration free operation and is equipped with suitable locking /sealing arrangements. The structure should be provided with suitable entry and exit holes for Incoming and outgoing cables. The panel should be given two coats of anti-rust primer and two coats of steel grey/off white enamel paint. The panel shall be fitted with exhaust fan for smooth functioning of the panel. The panel should have equipped with following components/featureMCCB- The panel be fitted with a 3 pole 3 phase MCCB of 200 Amps Capacity, S/C capacity (min) 36K, Voltmeter (0-500 V)-01 no. Ammeter (0-100 A)- 01 no. along with set of CTs voltage selector switch- 01 no. Ampere selector switch-01 no. Star-delta Starter. The panel should be fitted with fully automatic star delta starter comprising of air break contactors of capacity 110Amps 3-phase 3 pole -01 no and 140Amps 3-phase 3 pole -02 no, Timer - 01 no for change over of the supply of motor from star to delta, push buttons-02 nos. for start and stop operation of motor, LED indicator-03 nos (Red, Yellow and Blue) for indication of RYB phase, LED indicator-01 no. (Yellow) for tripping indication and LED indicator-02 nos. for ON(Green) and OFF(Red) Indication, The panel shall have internal control wiring (1 sq mm) with flexible copper cable to complete the star delta circuit of outgoing supply with MCB 6 amps. 2 pole- 01 no. for protection of internal control wiring. The job also includes providing and fitting of main control wiring not less than 25 sq mm flexible copper cable attached to the MCCB and contactors to complete the circuit for smooth functioning of panel.
Protection device. A protection device shall be fitted with the panel with capability to: Protect the motor by isolating the power supply of motor by de-energizing the panel from following electro-mechanical faults which may otherwise damage the motor windings:
1. Voltage related fault: (i) Single cum reverse phase relay
(ii) under cum over voltage relay Adjustable type .under voltage range: 320-380V & over voltage range: 420-480V Adjustable Type
2. Under current faults/ Over current relay adjustable type with appropriate range adjustable type
A bimetal overload relay with appropriate range adjustable type which can be tripped as an extra protection to protect the motor in case of failure of Over current relay. The panel be equipped with terminal plate for connecting leads of submersible cable
The panel shall be fitted with an auto operating system comprising of delay timer - 01 no. and Time switch(Quartz) -01 no. to set the time of the motor's running (in auto mode).
The panel should be fitted with an automation system in which the motor tripped due to power failure or by the protection device, should restart automatically after the resumption of power or rectification of voltage related faults. But in case of current and mechanical faults the motor should restart only after pressing the manual button/toggle switch thus providing complete protection as well as complete automation simultaneously Making all electrical connections of Submersible PumpSet with LT control panel by proper thimbling and crimpling all cable ends and then testing and checking for specified amperage on full load. Complete job includes the cost of material, labour charges, other unforeseen material, transportation charges including manual carriage, hire charges of tools and tackles required for execution of job at site.
