(iv) Applying 3rd course of Polymeric Polypropylene polymer membrane “APP” (Atactic poly propylene polymer ) modified prefabricated five layer 3mm thick not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm with 160 grams/sqm non woven polyster made at centre core reinforced laid with 75 mm side overlap and 100 overlap in length using butane torch with 10cm over laps which shall be thermo fused by flame (v) Applying course of two coats of aluminium paint over the APP membrane all as specified. All joints and change in direction shall be covered with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @ 200 ml/bag of cement and curved before laying membrane contd to Srl Item No 74.02

Note:- Ponding shall be done over RCC slab by filling water which shall be kept for 48 hours.In case a slightest indication of seepage / leakage is noticed the same shall be rectified by grouting the affected portion at no extra cost.Thereafter ponding test shall be repeated till there is no indication of seepage /leakage before application of roof treatment.A proper record of ponding test of RCC slabs shall be maintained by Engr in Charge.The arrangement of ponding test shall be made by the contractor and shall be included in the quoted rates..

150mm internal dia ,NP-2 RCC drain pipe grade 'A ' laid in trenches and jointed complete with collars, with cement joints all as specified, complete all as specified and as directed.

Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested, for 150mm bore of pipe plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (Using 40mm graded stone aggregates)including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

(vi) Well designed ventilation system to be provided to pump up the heat in the chamber efficiently. (vii) For efficient acoustic / weather sealing a special type weather sealing gaskets, new frame rubber gasket to used. (viii) Working space is to be provided around the equipment for easy maintenance / repair (ix) Necessary cut out provision for entry and exist of fuel lines cable to be incorporated in the enclosure as per the requirement (x) A see through transparent window (glass or acrylic) in front of engine panel to provided for monitoring the operation. (xii) Deliverables, 75 DBA @ 1 mtr at 75% load under free field conditions. The temp inside the enclosure will be within 7 Degree above ambient temp. (xiii) The enclosure should be provided with bulk head light fittings for inside illumination. (xiv) The batteries should be placed inside the enclosure beside the DG set on a suitable insulated plateform. (xv) The DG set should be provided with external emergency stop push button (xvi) The acoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treatment process. The powder coating shade should be Genset Green. The base frame should be painted with epoxy based black shade. Note The rates for all Electrical and water connection is deemed to included in the quoted rate of the items by contractor.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing galvanised steel tubing 15mm bore medium grade with screwed joint together with all fitting such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces and union etc fixed to wall, ceiling, floor including taking out old unserviceable, cracked steel tubing including all fittings, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of the existing CI pipe line 150mm/100mm bore in position for insertion of CI/DI specials such as Tees, bends, collars, tail piece, etc for fixing of CI sluice valve/for branch connection etc., complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation & earthwork, CI/DI specials of sizes shall be measured and paid separately under the respective items of schedule 'A',

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing submersible pump set of capacity 637 LPM, 175 mtr head, water lubricated, multistage suitable for 300mm casing bore with pump complete with bowl assembly for 100mm dia discharge pipe and three phase submersible squirrel cage induction AC motor electric driven to operate on voltage 415 volts +2% 50Hz per second, 2900 RPM all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

MS heavy duty ISI marked column pipe 100mm bore 3 mtr long both ends flanged all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, fixing and testing electrical cable submersible type flat copper 3 core 35 sqmm with standard conductor PVC insulated and sheathed including jointing material all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Earth Work For B&R and E&M Items

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5 m in deep or foundation etc for shafts, wells,cesspits, man holes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, for each additional 1.5m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5 m in depth, and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Excavation for post holes (or similar holes) each n exc. 0.5 cum in any type of soil. Getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm.watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc. 50 metre and making good surface.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25Cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Spreading and levelling in layers n exc. 25 cm thick,watering and well ramming in layers as in floors with earth obtained from excavation, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials/ soils, to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50mtrs, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials/ soils, to a distance exceeding 250m and not exceeding 500m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50mtrs, complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- Earth work required for B&R and E&M Items shall be measured and paid under Srl Item No 167 to 175 of BoQ
