Construction of DDL Factory to Chohra road km 3/00 to 8/00 under NABARD RIDF XXXI

Excavation in hilly area in all heights and depths and in all kind of soil by manual/mechanical means including saturated soil comprising of ordinary soil, soft rock, hard rock, chiseling, wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil, setting out true to the required lines, grades, cutting and trimming of side slopes and level as shown in the drawing and as directed by engineer-In-Charge at site according to the MORD technical specification section 300 and 1600 and transportation of useful material for filling in road ways, camber, embankments for grade improvements and disposal of all surplus material to the approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means along with its leveling, fine dressing and carriage of machineries, materials, tools, equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour if required. Any loss to the public, private / property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be compensated by him in all cases including carriage of matereials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate is excluding GST, but including octroi, royality, Malkhana, toll tax, and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drain and Parapets etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiseling /wedging out rocks (Where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 300 and 1600 and as per direction of the Engineer- In – Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto any lead and lift including dressing of sides, bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layer not executing 150 mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water ) upto any depth any quantam of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is excluding GST, but including octroi, royality, Malkhana, toll tax, and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying concrete Mechanically mixed and vibrated 1:6:12 (one cement: six sand : twelve graded stone aggregates 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification section 800, 1200 and 1600 curing complete including the cost of form work and hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in- Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and virbrated plain cement concrete in open foundation for all type of road structure using of plain cement concrete grade M-10 (M Ten) nominal mix 1: 3: 6 ( One cement isto Three sand isto Six graded crushed/broken stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work in drain as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800, 900, 1200,1300 and 1600 as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is excluding GST, but including octroi, royality, Malkhana, toll tax, and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing weapholes in brick masonry /stone masonry /plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm (one hundred milimetre) dia (inner dia) PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slop of 1(v);20 (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawings and MoRD technical specifications section 700 and as per entire satisfaction,directin by Engineer-In-Charge and including carriage of materails with in all leads and lifts.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall and retaining wall with granular material complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification Section 1200 &1600 including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and Laying reinforced cement concrete pipe IS (Indian Standard ) class NP2 (Non Pressure-two) of 900 (Nine hundred )milimetre internal dia metre for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 (one cement is to two sand ) but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets as per drawings and MoRD technical specifications section 1100 including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and erecting "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm comrising 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail 70 cm above road / ground level fixed on ISMC Channels series channels vertical post 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 200 cm C/C 1.80 mtrs height 1.10 mtrs below ground level all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot clip process all fittings to conform to IS:1367 metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of Channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm , 330 mm long complete as per MORTH clause 810 and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges. Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm (four millimetre) dia GI wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm x 100 mm (one hundred millimetre into one hundred millimetre) mesh (woven diagonally) including 10 % (ten percent) extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 40 kg (forty kilogram) each as per drawing and MORD technical specifications section 1300 including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental .
