Rendering dubbing coat over damaged irregular surface of chajjas roof projections ceiling facia etc average 15mm thick in cm 1:4 over cement slurry coat thick @ 3 Kg/sqm making the surface even followed by 5mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 furnished even& smooth including applying two coats of weather proof emulsion paint incl making of drip course as reqd complete incl roughening surface of old concrete by picking sweeping clean and washing with water complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
