EARTH WORK Excavating, supplying, stacking and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in foundation trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete for all lift.

CEMENT CONCRETE (CAST IN SITU) Providing and laying in position excluding cement concrete of level: specified grade the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3(1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls Under 20 cm wide

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

MASONRY WORK Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6(1 cement :6 coarse sand)

FLOORING Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

FINISHING 15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 grams/litre

Dismantling and Demolishing Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (including equivalent design mix)

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

EARTH WIRE: Providing and laying 6 SWG dia G.I wire on surface/recess for loop earthing as required.

CABLE END TERMINATION: Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 4 x 25 SQMM (28mm)

CABLE END TERMINATION: Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 4 x 35 SQMM (32mm)

CABLE END TERMINATION: Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 4 x 50 SQMM (35mm)

MV CABLE LAYING IN WALL: Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required.[cable will be supplied by deparment] Above 35 sq.mm upto 95 sqmm (clamped with 25x3mm thick MS flat clamp)

MV CABLE LAYING IN EXISTING PIPE: Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/HUME/METAL/DWC pipe as required. UPTO 35 SQMM

DWC HDPE PIPE LAYING in concrete flooring: Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc.conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting,jointing etc., in proposed concrete flooring including excavation and refiiling etc. complete as required. 63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

SS Stand : Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) stand for indistrial socket box made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishingand making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainlesssteel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge,(for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc. as required.

SUPPLYING AND FIXING OF EXHAUST FAN (450mm) : Supplying Installation and testing commissioning of 450mm Sweep 900rpm, heavy duty Exhaust fan complete with all accessories.. etc, fixing in the existing hole and fixing accessories including connections with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc., as required (The rate inclusive of required louver etc.,)

MAKING HOLE FOR 450MM EXHAUST FAN: Making Exhaust fan holes in exisiting Brick/Rcc wall (Length up to 1 metre wall) with 450 dia mm exhaust fan, including good and finishing wall/brick etc., as per direction of enginner in charge.

SUPPLY OF 4 x 35 SQ MM, ALUMINIUM ARMOURED CABLE: Supplying of 4 X 35 sqmm XLPE,sheathed and armoured aluminium conductor 650/1100V grade UG cable conforming to IS 7098(Pt-1)1988 and submit with necessry test certificate etc..,as required.

SUPPLY OF 4 x 25 SQ MM, ALUMINIUM ARMOURED CABLE: Supplying of 4 X 25 sqmm XLPE,sheathed and armoured aluminium conductor 650/1100V grade UG cable conforming to IS 7098(Pt-1)1988 and submit with necessry test certificate etc..,as required.

5 PIN INDUSTRIAL WITH PLUG 4P 125A: Supplying and fixing FP sheet steel enclosure on surface/recess in existing G.I tube/flat/wall alongwith 125A, 415V, 15kA "C" curve Four pole MCB with PVC SPN industrial type 5 pin socket outlet and industrial type 5 Pin Plug incloding connection, earthing etc.as reqiured.

5 PIN INDUSTRIAL WITH PLUG 4P 63A: Supplying and fixing FP sheet steel enclosure on surface/recess in existing G.I tube/flat/wall alongwith 63A,10kA, 415V, "C" curve Four pole MCB with PVC SPN industrial type 5 pin socket outlet and industrial type 5 Pin Plug incloding connection, earthing etc.as reqiured.

THREE POPLE MCCB: Supplying and fixing of 3 pole 100A, 25kA, MCCB for out going side of existing main panel with necessary terminations as required.
