Note :- (a) Sludge/de-composed materials obtained from cleaning shall be removed outside MD land by mechnical sewage cleaning tankers. (b) Rate inclusive of clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings shurbs and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth upto 3 mtrs alround the septic tank and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 mtrs outside the periphery of the area. (c) One safaiwala and one mazdoor shall be detailed daily for INS Hamla and Nau Sena Baugh area for the purpose of rendering the entire sewage system functional through out the contract period. In case of failure compensation will be recovered as specified in respective PS Clause. (d) In case of blockage of sewage system the complaint shall be rectified within three hours from the time of intimation. (e) The rates quoted shall be deemed for attending day to day complaint basis and make functional the entire sewage system for the period of one month at INS Hamla area.

Cleaning of septic tank including filter bed by bailing out fluid, decomposed materials sludge etc. scraping and washing the wall with fresh water and disposal of decomposed materials, sludge etc. outside MD land complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for the following of septic tanks :- a) 25 users septic tank Note 1 - Sludge / de-composed materials obtained from cleaning shall be removed outside MD land by mechnical sewage cleaning tankers.
