External Electrification

M&L for cutting/boring of holes by manually / machine under road, pavement, hard standing by trenches for laying of 80 mm GI pipe for cable laying all as specified and directed.

External Water Supply

Supplying, assembling and lowering the following bore holes complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

300 mm nominal dia ERW MS housing pipe screwed & socketed type including socket, wall thickness of the pipe 8 mm flanged type duly slotted at one end confirming to IS:3589(1981), duly welded at each end and painted with two coats of bituminous paint on external surface of pipe. Make:- Tata/Swastic/Jindal/Prakash/Zenith.

Supplying, assembling and lowering 200 mm internal dia stainless steel strainer (221.9 mm outer dia ) pipe as per IS- 8110-1985 and material specification as per ISI type 304, Grade SS 304 equivalent having suitable thickness not less than 6.63 mm for tube well 400 mtr depth and slot size as per electrical logging report including cost of material, tool and plants complete all as specified and directed by the Engr in charge. Supply, laying and testing 3 core PVC Submersible cable of size 16 sq mm copper conductor of multi stranded type from pump house panel to 45 HP motor in bore well, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Make: Finolex/Plaza/Gloster/Premier

Supplying and packing washed pea gravel of sutiable size as per recommendation of electric logging report free form dust, dirt or vegetable mater as per IS-4097, around the line assembly to entire depth upto ground level , complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Supply, installation, testing of high pressure single head gear motored adjustable dosing pump including lead connecting nuts, injection check valve, ferrules dosing system model consisting of 100 ltrs FRP tank with lid, level gauge, single phase electric motor and mounted on tank, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make: Model 96 NGQ51 of Declibec or equivalent approved by GE

M&L construction of valve pit chamber 1200x1200mm inner dimension and 1200mm deep from the top of MS cover fixed on PCC base, top cover shall be of 3 mm thick MS sheet with locking arrangement of pad lock of 50 mm size including one brick thick wall with sub class ‘B’ bricks in CM 1:4 including 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 internally & externally and necessary earth work in any type of soil including returning filling in and disposal of surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 mtr & 150 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor complete, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of pressure gauge suitable to 150mm dia water pipe, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- Guru/Fiabeg or equivalent as approved by GE

Internal Electrification:-

S&F wall mounted LED batten extruded aluminium heat sink with integrated eletronic driver, including 12W LED 4000K (2ft) lamp, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Cat Part No LHEWEBP7PL1W012 of Havells or equivalent in Philips/Syska

S&F air circulator wall mounted fan 450mm sweep AC 230Volt including making connection, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Cat Part No Turbo force of Havells or equivalent in GE/Crompton/Bajaj

M&L for ceiling fan 1200 sweep with canopy, rod and blades, including make connection, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Havells Cat Part No. SS-390 or equivalent in Legrand/C&S

M&L for exhaust fan heavy duty AC 230 volt 450 mm sweep including making hole, grouting the foundation bolts incl accessories i. e plastering work complete incl louvers, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. S&F street light bracket 1.75 mtrs long, made of 40mm dia GI pipe light grade with 02 Nos flat iron clamp made out of MS flat of size 40x4mm and necessary nut and bolts etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Tata, Swastic, Jindal, Prakash, Zenith

M&L for well cap for 300mm dia internal threaded and welded iron handle, fabricated from 6.00mm thick MS sheet, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for MS clamp with nuts and bolts for 300mm dia MS pipe made out of 20mm thick MS flat of size 90cm long and 20cm wide, fabricated to shape, fixed at the top of the tube well and embedded in PCC 1:3:6 foundation block, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
