Supplying /Laying of WBM Gr-II sub base course size broken nallah/ crushed stone agg with ( 63 mm to 45 mm size) with 13.20 mm size of stone screening & crusher dust as binding material , including sorting, spreading, watering to tempelate & consolidation with power road roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity. Including all carriage complete.

Providing and Laying 50 mm thick compacted thickness Bituminous Macadam (B.M) with bitumen of grade VG -10 @ 4% ( percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity for on prepared surface with specified graded crushed stone aggregate for profile corrective base /binder course including loading with F.E. loader, hot mixing of stone aggregate in hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material by tippers to paver and laying the mixed material with paver finisher fitted with electronic sensing device to the required level and grade and rolling with road rollers, as per MORTH specification to achieve the desired density and compaction including the cost of primer/ tack coat and rectification of the damaged surface of the road with WBM of required size complete in all respect (Recovery rate of tar @ Rs. 43.5/Kg if supplied by the department) including all crriages complete.

Providing and laying 25 mm compacted thickness SDBC (semi dense Bituminous concrete) with bitumen of grade VG-10 @ 5% ( percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% ( percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity, using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixing with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification,including seal coat etc complete and as per directions of Engineer-incharge. (Recovery rate of tar if supplied by the department @ Rs. 47/Kg)

Dismantaling manually /Mechanical including stacking of servicable material & disposal of unservisable material within 50 mtrs lead as per direction of Engineer Incharge.on water bond macadam road
