Material & Labour for rendering in cement morar 1 : 4 (10+5)=15mm thickness on brick/cement/stone surfaces and finishes the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing with liquid WPC on top 5mm thick only all as specified and directed. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound of approved make (ISI marked) for addition in cement mortar/concrete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block rubber finish any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire of any description and any type all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of new steel surfaces and apply two coat of Anti corrosive paint over a coat of anti-corrosive primer with complete removal of existing treatment all as specified and as directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal /square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square length of bolt exceeding 5 cm and not exceeding 10 cm long and dia of neck 12 mm all as specified and as directed.
