S&F in replacement single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with single pole MCB 20 amps capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement metal clad plug two pin and earth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sub main wiring with 2 run of 4 sqmm (nominal cross-sectional area) PVC insulated unsheathed single core flame retardant low smoke cable (FRLS) of working voltage 1100 volts grade with stranded copper conductor including one run of 4 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated unsheathed flame retardant cable (FR) with stranded copper conductor as continuous earth wire connected to main switches DBs or in common earth dolly drawn with 20 mm dia PVC rigid non- metallic conduit after and including taking down / dismantling old sub main wiring of any description complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- 2 runs of power conductor and one run of earth conductor and PVC conduit 20mm dia will be considered as one RM

Taking down unserviceable compressor and supply and fix new compressor including pumping out oil, cleaning the refrigeration system with Co2 and charging refrigerant gas (M-22/F-22) providing NRV for further topping up of gas and re-fixing in the position including complete testing and commissioning suitable for the following :-

1.5 to 2 TR capacity split type Air conditioner.

Refrigerator 180 to 310 ltr capacity.

Deep freezer for 200 to 320 ltr capacity.

S&F in repair Voltage stabilizer 4 KVA range 170 to 260 Volts, output voltage 230 volts AC supply 50 HZ having low and high voltage protection, intelligent time delay system, wall mounting type including mounting accessories time delay 180 seconds +/- 20 seconds as initial time delay complete all as per Volina or equivalent in AE / V - Guard complete all as specified and as directed.

Routine repair and annual maintenance of existing water cooler of tank capacity 35/50/75/100/150 ltrs installed in various locations including attending breakdown calls, monthly routine maintenance including replacement of carbon , micron filter as and when required and changing of defective spares, quarterly cleaning of tank internally and externally, changing of filters complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- (a) The contractor shall make AMC contract spares with the authorized service agency of water and repair/ maint shall be carried out through the authorized person of OEM only. (b) The rate quoted shall deemed to be included for carried out all repairs to water cooler noticed during the currency of contract. (c) The AOR of GE (AF) Thanjavur consisting of 25 Nos water cooler and are to be checked and maintained per monthly basis and the rate quoted by the contractor shall include the rate for attending the complaints other than monthly visit, failing will attract penalty of 250 per day after 24 Hrs. (d) The payment of each equipment for per monthly basis after submitting of monthly inspection report by authorized person of OEM.

Removing the window/ split type AC upto 1.5/ 2/3/4.5 TR capacity of any make from any location for carrying out servicing complete as and when ordered and installing back at original location, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed. Note :-The rate of following deemed to be included in quoted rate :- a) Cleaning the body, evaporator and condenser with detergent, combing the pins and flushing with air blower b) Checking electrical connection, cleaning, Greasing, oiling, fan/blower motor, cleaning of air filter with blower c) Wrapping suction and discharge pipe with foam insulation and white roll ,changing drainage pipe when necessary d) The unit rate quoted by the tenderer inclusive for Removing, servicing and refixing in existing position and testing including materials & labour, tools and plants.

S & F PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor 3 core 2.5 sq.mm, including connecting up and taking down existing unserviceable cable of any description and size complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for shifting of Air Conditioner, window/Split type capacity up to 2 TR from existing location to new location as per user requirement and installing, toping up of gas, replacement of copper tubing connecting up, commissioning and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- The rate for following works deemed to be included in quoted rate :- (a) Transportation of air conditioner any type any capacity from one to other location. (b) Fixing only base plate with necessary fixing material on stone / brick walls and as directed (c) Fixing only outdoor and indoor units as required and directed (d) Connecting indoor / outdoors units of split ACs with copper tubes, flairs nuts, wrapping suction and discharge lines with insulating materials with necessary fixing arrangements such as bolts, nuts washers and clamps etc on walls (e) fixing PVC pipes 50mm dia for outlet to drain out dew water with necessary clamps. (f) Fixing of wall mounting voltage stabilizer of 3 KVA to 5 KVA capacity on the wall with necessary fixing arrangements such as bolts, nuts washers and clamps etc on wall. (g) Fixing PVC conduit casing / caping of 15mm sizes as reqd at site with necessary junction boxes, PVC bends etc. including two length of PVC copper cables of 4 sqmm size for electrical connection of ACs.
