Providing and laying Mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:3:6 ( one cement is to three sand is to six graded crushed stone aggregate 40 millimetre (forty millimetre nominal size on ground or under water and curing complete for 14 (fourteen) days, in open foundations for all type of structures including pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) dewatering for all depths and any quantum of water including removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying concrete complete for all heights / depths including the cost of form work complete as per drawings and M.O.R.D. technical specification section 800,900 and 1200 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax ,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated concrete for plain cement concrete 1:2½:5 (one cement: two & half sand: five graded crushed/broken stone aggregate 20mm (twenty miilimetre) nomianl size) laid for Parapets and other items and curing complete including the cost of form work as per drawing and MORD technical specification section 800, 900, and 1200 and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax ,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Loosening of ground upto a level of 300mm (Three hundred millimetre ) below the sub grade level, watered, graded with motor grade and compacted in layers to meet the requirements of table 300.1 and 300.2 with three wheel 80-100 (eighty to one hundred) kN static roller for sub grade construction as per MORD technical specifications section 300 or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the GovernmentT.

Construction of granular Sub-base 125mm (one hundred twenty five millilmetr)complete thickness by providing well graded materials, as per table 400.1 and spreading in uniform layer with tractor mount grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotovator at OMC and compacted with three Wheel 80-100 (Eighty- one hundred) kN static road roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORD Technical Specification section 400 for grading-I Material, as per the entire satisfaction and directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of size 63 mm to 45mm ( sixty three millimetre to forty five millimetre) Grading-II [75mm (Seventy five millimetres) consolidated thickness] to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty-one hundred) K.N. static roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming, stone screening type-B of size 11.2mm ( Eleven point two milimetres) nominal size at the rate of 0.20 cum ( zero point two zero cubic metres) per ten square metres and binding material at the rate 0.06 cum ( zero point zero six cubic metre) to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per M.O.R.D. technical specifications section 400 and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer – in- Charge including carriage of materials within all leads lifts and other incidental The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying,spreading and compacting 75 mm (Seventy five millimeter ) thick stone aggregate size 53mm to 22.4 mm (fifty three millimetre to twenty two point four millimetre) Grading-III , 75mm (seventy five millimetre) consolidated thick to water bound Macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness using template, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 (eighty one hundred) KN static roller to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening such as moorum or gravel at the rate of 0.18 (zero point one eight) cubic metre) per ten square metre to fill up the interstices of course aggregate, watering and compating to the required density as per MORD technical specifications section 400 an including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality ,Malkana, toll tax,GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying primer coat on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of the road surface with Hydaulic brooms and spraying primer @ 0.85 Kg. (zero point eight five kilogram) per square metre SS-I emulsion using mechanical means as per drawing MORD technical specifications section 500 as per the entire statisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental.The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg (zero point two seven five killograme) per sqm on prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface/granular surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD Technical Specification section 500 or as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materails with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including the octori, royality, Malkana, toll tax,GST, or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying and rolling of 20 mm (twenty millimetre) thickness open-graded premix carpet by machanical means composed of 13.2 mm (thirteen point two millimetre) to 5.6 mm (five point six millimetre) aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen (VG-10) (viscosity grade ten) 14.60 kg (fourteen point sixty killogram) per ten square metre grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 (eighty-one hundred) kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type B as per Technical Specification Section 500 and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materails with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including the octori, royality, Malkana, toll tax,GST, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying seal coat by mannual means sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type B as per Technical Specification Section 500 using bitumen (VG-10) (viscosity grade ten) 6.80 kg (six point eighty killogram) per 10 (ten) square metre mix with crushed sand prassing 2.36mm size at the rate of 0.06 (Zero deciman zero six cubic meter) and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of materails with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
