Supply and mixing (day to day operation) NSF certified food grade RO antiscalant for effective in controlling deposition of organic/inorganic scalants and such as calcium carbonate, calcium sulphate, Barium sulphate, strontium sulphate, calcium flouride, iron, colloidal material, silica and other organic contaminants. Antiscalant should be effective over a wide pH range.

M&L for Descaling of RO plant membranes with the help of suitable descaling agent including removal of scalings, sludge, silt or any undesirable substance accumulated in the membranes all as specified and satisfaction of Engr - in- charge. The required job to be done monthly or whenever scaling is noticed and recommended by the Engineer-in-charge. The cost of T&P, descaling agent and cost of labour shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.

Collecting raw water and treated water from borewell and RO Plant respectively and testing of both for chemical and bacteriological analysis from Govt/NABL accredited laboratory monthly or whenever required or ordered by Engineer - in-charge.

Supply & fixing cast iron body sluice valve heavy duty class ‘PN-1.6’ of 80 mm bore, ISI marked with IS 14846, both flanged ends and drilled, high tensile stainless steel spindle, CI gate with brass ring, non rising type, cast iron wheel handle, cast iron cap, complete with 3mm thick neoprene rubber gasket joint and nuts, bolts (high tensile), washers etc, and testing, including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable CI sluice valve of 80 mm bore, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix in repair brass ball valve forged type of size 50 mm as per existing all as per specified and directed by Engr - in - charge

M&L for disconnecting suction/delivery lines ,coupling and all electric connection, taking down from foundation base frame, opening including dismantling of centrifugal pump set of capacity 5 HP and replacement of worn out spare parts and re-assembling, to be installed in same location,commissioning & testing complete all as directed. Notes (i) The spare parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately as "Supply only" under the relevant item here in after. (ii) Unit rate shall be deemed to include for all minor spares/extras.

Supply only the following spare parts for centrifugal pump set of capacity 5 HP against serial item No. 39.00 here in before as per existing make . Make : All spare parts shall be fixed in the pumps only after prior inspection & approval of Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Disconnecting all electric/water connections from the electric panel/water line, lifting of submersible pump set of capacity 15 HP from the bore well for repairs of submersible pumpset with the help of electric hoist / manually chain pully block including opening of flanged joints of column pipe and stacking it in safe custody for re-use as required.

M&L for Lowering of vertical type submersible pump set of capacity 15 HP into the bore after repair upto 190 m below ground level with the help of chain pully block including new rubber gasket between flange joints with nut / bolt / washers of column pipe (3 m length) making electrical connections, testing and commissioning of pump set for satisfactory operation complete.

Dismantling of submersible pumpset cap 15 HP including repair and maint, greasing, oiling and assembling, testing and commissiong all as directed by Engr-in-charge. Cutting and removing burnt out winding from induction motor of vertical type centrifugal pump set of capacity 20 HP of any make and rewinding with water proof poly wrapped copper winding wires of existing gauge and number of turns and testing for satisfactory performance of capacity 20 HP including taking down , loading and transport to authorised workshop, varnishing, drying, ovening, overhauling, greasing and fixing in the same position, making necessary electric connection, testing and commssioning ,complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of water tank 50000 ltrs at RO plant, removing sludge / sand / dirt by means of manual / sludge removing pump, cleaning the sumps with bleached water and washing with sodium hydrochloride liquid, drying and applying one coat of lime wash internally and spraying anti bacteria liquid, writing date of cleaning on outer wall of sump with white paint on black base for following capacity of sumps (Note - Sludge / sand / dirt shall be disposed off from the sump at a distance beyond 150 m as directed by Engineer-in- Charge ).

M &L for Earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 0.60 cm buried directly in ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to the galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earthing lead by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers, protected by 15 mm bore GI light grade pipe from earth plate and upto 3 m along pole fixed with 2 clamps made from mild steel flat iron 25 x 3 mm bolts, nuts and washers etc. Earth plate shall be surrounded by packed layer of coal dust 300 mm and common salt 15 cm thick all around bottom and top, 20 mm GI light grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate cover of size 30 cm x 30 cm x 8 cm thick reinforced with expanded metal weighing not less than 4 kg/sqm, PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in earthing pit including necessary excavation and earth work, all as specified and shown in electrical plate No-3 of SSR Part-I and connected to earthing point and testing on completion, including dismantling of existing earthing and removing etc, complete, all as specified & directed. Note : PCC Chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 m away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manners.

Supply and fix in repair PVC insulated flat/round multistranded copper conductor wire 1100 volts, 3 core of size 4.00 Sqmm and connecting to pump set including PVC flexible pipe from motor to LT Panel after taking out old unserveciable cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Digital panel mounted TDS controller having LED display with sensor as per existing having measurement range 0 to 999 PPM complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
