Cleaning & disinfections of CWR/SR with mechanical equipment such as high jet pumps for cleaning of under sides of clear water tank., sludge removal pumps for removal of sludge and other foreign matter in tank if any. The sludge from the tank would be removed in the shape of sludge slurry with the mechanical pump and other works contingent thereto. Contractor must clean & disinfect the various water storage tank by unique 6 stage cleaning/disinfections process as follows:- 1. Mechanized dewatering 2. Desalting and removal of left over dirty water and sludge with a sludge removal pump 3. Cleaning of wall, ceiling and floor by high pressure water jet with the help of equipments which creates a pressure of 100-150 bar 4. Removal of remaining sludge from the floor with the help of industrial vacuum cleaner 5. Spraying of non toxic, bio degradable, eco friendly anti bacterial agent certified by a Govt. Approved laboratory to disinfect the tank from all harmful pathogens. The dose utilized should be safe as per the OECD guidelines 423 adopted on 17th December 2001. 6. Treatment of inside tank by exposing UV radiation to kill further suspended or floated bacteria if any with the following eligibility Criteria of Experience 1. Contractor having experience for executing similar order for value equal or more than Rs. 5.00 lacs 2. Contractor should have experience of cleaning tanks sizing more than or equal to 60% of the capacity taken in the BOQ with similar process. 3. Contractor should be ESI and PF registered 4. Execution team should be tested as medically fit by authorized Doctor. 5. Certificate of non-toxicity of anti bacterial as per OECD guidelines, need to be submitted by the contractor.1.
