M&L for daily inspection, maintenance and servicing of all DG sets of following capacity and locations including Alternator, AMF/ Non AMF panels of connected DG set for daily routine check ( 'A' - check as specified below ) for smooth functioning as per the Manufacturers instructions by Employing experienced one DG Mechanic etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge . 'A' Check/ daily routine check by each Month include the followings for item No.1 :- (i) Check Engine oil level and toping up as and when required (Engine oil shall l be supplied by MES free for filling ) (ii) Check Engine Coolant level if required top up (Coolant shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item) (iii) Check Belts if there is belt slippage adjust or replace(New belt shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item] (iv) Check oil bath cleaner oil level . (v) Check Exhaust System for leakage. (vi) Drain sediment from Fuel filter & Fuel Tank. (vii) Check dry type air filter element and clean or replace (Replacement required shall be measured and paid separately) (viii) Check engine alternator coupling and mounting bolts. (ix) Tight all bolts and nuts in Alternator Terminal Box. (x) Check carbon brushes (Brush type) and connections in Alternator.

M&L for replacement of ammeter 0-100 Amps of size 96mm with all connection (Analogue type) all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Engine oil 15 W 40 type make Servo or equivalent

Note for Sl item No 8 : (a) The payment shall only be allowed after production of original GST purchase vouchers from Authorised dealers.(b) Necessary RV for supply of engine oil shall be attached in final bill duly signed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting, removing and dismantling water radiator assembly of 7.5/ 20/ 45/ 50/ 60/ 62.5 KVA DG Set and descaling the radiator thoroughly completely with CTC solution/ any other chemical solvent agent as approved, stopping of leakage at place to copper cores and tubes by brazing scrapping the existing oil paint, dusting and painting the radiator with enamelled paint etc., reinstalling and commissioning etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No.09 above but for DG set of capacity above 100 KVA and upto 250 KVA

Disconnecting the existing battery of capacity 12 volts upto 180 AH from the DG Set, taking it to battery workshop, draining out the complete unserviceable sulphuric acid from the battery, filling up with new sulphuric acid to the required level, charging the battery, testing the battery for correct specific gravity, bringing back to the location, connecting to DG Set, start the engine for satisfactory function etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for replacing phase indication lamp for panel all as specified

Repairs to 12 volts battery charging alternator assembly by removing, dismantling, replacing the unserviceable burnt rotor and stater assembly, assembly refixing to the engine and testing for satisfactory charging of battery etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.17 above but of 24 volts battery charging alternator

Repairs to 12/ 24 volts self starter by removing, dismantling and replacing unserviceable Armature and field coil including field coil tapping refixing to the engine including necessary testing for satisfactory function etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for supplying and fixing the CI coupling along with tyre or without tyre suitable for DG set capacity upto 62.5 KVA including necessary matching work milling work for cutting key way in the flange heating to fix with the existing flange, including replacement of bolts, nuts, washers etc., carry out alignment, testing for satisfactory performance including removing old unserviceable coupling etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No.20 above but of 250 KVA capacity

M&L for replacement the worn out carbon brushes slip ring type in alternator of capacity 12.5/ 20 KVA DG set Kirloskar make including all necessary connected works etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement the worn out carbon brushes slip ring type in alternator of capacity 45/ 50/ 60/ 62.5/ 82.5 KVA DG set Kirioskar make including all necessary connected works etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacing the old unserviceable battery lead with copper terminals approximately 1 metre length including applying jelly over the battery pole and terminals etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement the old unserviceable battery terminals including brazing work and applying jelly over the battery pole and terminals etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Scraping down the existing oily painted surface of the DG set of capacity up to 250KVA, making the surface smooth by filling up the uneven surfaces with putty and scraping with emery sheet, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer, painting Sl No & MES No over the DG set and alternator all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Draining out the existing diesel from the tank, kept as side for repouring, taking down the complete fuel tank of any capacity from its position after disconnecting all the fuel lines, carryout cleaning work with solutions, removing the dust and foreign materials from the tank, drying the tank, blow with air painting and carry out recalibration of diesel tank to the specified level including replacement of PVC level pipe, refix the tank in its original position, connecting all the removed fuel connections, refilling the kept diesel back to the tank carefully, remove air from the fuel connections, start the engine and testing for satisfactory function all as specified and directed.

Removing and replacing the old unserviceable AVR (Automatic voltage regulator) suitable for DG set up to 250 KVA having input voltage 2 phase + neutral, sensing voltage 415 V output voltage 95 volts DC, output current 4 A DC, voltage regulation +/- 1 % average volts, over excitation current tripping, fuse protection 4 A, fast acting and frequency 50 Hz etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for replacing unserviceable combined digital meter for showing voltmeter, ammeter, frequency including necessary wiring and wiring material for connecting the meter etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing and replacing the old unserviceable 12 volts auto cut-off battery charger in control panel as per existing type/ model including necessary wiring etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix lead acid battery of size 12 volts 100 AH of reputed make including initial charging all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix lead acid battery of size 12 volts 130 AH of reputed make including initial charging all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix lead acid battery of size 12 volts 180 AH of reputed make including initial charging all as specified and as directed.

Taking down FIP and disconnecting injectors from fuel lines upto 250 KVA, replacement and worn out spares like delivery valve, Nozzles, bearings, fly weight, packing kit, O ring kit and copper washer Kit and recalibration of FIP and Refixing in same position and testing of full Load checking of pressure all as specified and directed

M&L for disconnecting the radiator from 20/ 50 KVA DG Set and replacing unserviceable copper core ,testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting the radiator from 62.5 to 110 KVA DG Set and replacing unserviceable copper core ,testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for disconnecting electrical and mechanical connections of alternator 415 volts, 50 HZ, "82.5" KVA capacity removing from foundations/ diesel engine coupling and dismantling the alternator in parts and carrying out servicing/ overhauling to starter/ Rotor/ excitation windings by replacing the new insulations paper sheet of existing size/ shape replacing the glass sleeves of connecting leads, binding/ tightening loose coils with binding cloths, varnishing and applying the bactol on the exciter coils/ winding with super varnish, heating the windings at appropriate temperature to achieve required insulation resistance without damaging the other parts, replacement of driving and non driving end bearings, cleaning, greasing, reassembling/ installing/ connecting and testing with megger for insulation resistance etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for disconnecting electrical and mechanical connections of alternator 415 volts 50 HZ, 82.5 and upto 250 KVA capacity removing from foundations/diesel engine coupling and dismantling the alternator in parts and carrying out re winding of alternator without damaging the other parts, replacement of driving and non driving end bearings, cleaning, greasing, reassembling/installing/connecting and testing with megger for insulation resistance etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for replacing water pump half assembly for DG set of any capacity of DG set complete all as specified

Supply only coolant for DG Set radiator (mixing ratio of 1:9)
