The storage should have mazak handle with 3- way locking mechanism with shooting bolt. There should be fixed full locker with secret compartment. The storage should have hingeddoor with 2 way locking mechanism for locker door. The shelving should have height wise adjustability with 2Nos. of adjustable full shelf. There should be 1.0mm thk ERW tube for hanging rod and 1.0mm thkaluminum for tie bar. There should be a provision for M10 screw type leveler with hex plastic base. The finish should be of epoxy powder coated to the thickness of 50 microns (+-10). The product to have GREENPRO certification. It should have the shelf thickness of 0.7 mm, back thickness of 0.8mm, door thickness of 0.8mm (high yield strength) and all other components shall have a thickness of 0.9mm. These components shall be made of CRCA ‘D’ grade high yield strength as per IS:513. The storage should have a Mazak handle and three-way locking mechanism with shooting bolts. It should have a height wise adjustable shelf mounting which shall have a uniformly distributed load capacity of max 40 Kg. It should also have a M10 Screw type leveler with hex plastic base.
