Supply of C.I isolating transformer housing box, water tight round type, metal container of outside size 330 mm height 450 mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15 mm thick, cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and underground housing associated with transformer power cable and having a clear hole at three side surface centre 75 mm above bottom surface suitable to receive of 63 mm dia (outer dia) HDPE/G. I. pipe and including check nuts as required and another hole at 175 mm from the bottom of the CI box to receive one no. 15 mm dia, "B" class, GI pipe and check nut as required. The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 x 30 mm tapped inside near the hole away from the hole centre and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15 mm dia, "B" class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 6 nos. M10 tapped hole at the hole centre 260 mm to receive fitting base plate and bolts with blanking plate of MS of Min. thickness of 10mm complete as required as per the drawings.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of mimic back up indication board for visual lighting aids in CCR hall, connection of control cables etc. i/c terminal junction box (suitable for 102 cores of 1.5 sq. mm copper cable), and confirming to tenders technical specifications, terms & conditions etc. complete as required.

Design, Fabrication, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of online UPS system of 1 x 160KVA, 3ph, 50Hz having 100% unbalanced load with 30 minutes power backup on full load working on floating system along with necessary bypass system for UPS for GLF system. UPS should be dust and vermin proof duly painted and with ventilation ducts, floor mounted, forced air cooling, with provision of Isolation Transformer at output including supply and installation of VRLA maintenance free batteries suitable for 30 minutes backup time for UPS on full load and capable of giving desired output of 3 phase 415 V 50 Hz suitable to operate as per existing Runway lighting system of Bhubaneswar Airport with all controls and surge protection system conforming to standards IEC 62040-1,IEC 62040-2,IEC 62040-3 and IS: 16242-1 and necessary upto date amendments etc. and as per tender condition and as complete as required as per site as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Installation of transformer housing boxes with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630 x 630 x 100 mm thick all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150 mm thick, the top sloped with 1:2:4 cement including providing and fixing 250 mm long 15 mm dia "B" Class GI pipe with check nut for drainage of water including excavation of side shoulder and refilling etc complete as required.

Constructing brick masonry chamber of size 1200x1200x1200mm of size in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) inside cement plaster 15 mm thick with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 Coarse sand) finished with floating coat of neat cement foundation concrete 1:3:6(1 cement: 3 coarse sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) all complete as per standard design with cover of 10 mm thick MS chequrred plate in two piece with 12 mm rod handle in order to easy handling and as per Tender specifications and as per directions of Engineer-In-charge.

Extra for Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock instead of soft soil not exceeding 1.5 metres in width, and lift upto 1.5 metres, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe lSI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (50 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required. 40 mm dia (OD-40 mm & ID-32 mm nominal).

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe lSI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.in the existing trench, complete as required. 40 mm dia (OD-40 mm & ID-32 mm nominal).

Supply and Laying of HDPE pipe of 125 mm dia , PE 100, PN 6 by along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 4984:2016 complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (50 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. complete as required.

Supply and Laying of HDPE pipe of 125 mm dia , PE 100, PN 6 conforming to IS 4984:2016 by HDD method including preparing & setting up plant & machinery including jointing reamming and pulling of HDPE pipe 1.2 mtr below the ground as per technical specification and site condition etc as required as per direction of E-I-C.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I.pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt,spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supplying & laying of 6SWG dia GI wire along with 5 Kv grade GLF cable for loop earthing etc. as reqd.

Cutting of paved surface (flexible/ rigid) and laying of 50 mm dia GI pipe at a depth of atleast 200 mm including making the surface good with cement concrete (1:2:4) complete as required.

Route marker: Providing and fixing of round shape frangible type route marker made up of PVC of 100 cm height fixed to suitable PCC foundation (Min size 15 X 15 X 10 cm cubic block) and paintated with florescent colour (Red/White). Note: GLF Cable /LT Cable/Control Cable should be marked on Pipe with florescent colour.

Supplying and installing following size of perforated Hot Dipped Galvanised Iron cable tray (galvanisation thickness not less than 50 microns) with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with G.I. suspenders including G.I. bolts & nuts etc as required
