Taking down wooden chowkhats or frame not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each with shutter(s) (without taking off shutters from the frame), complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frames exc 1.5 sq. m but n exc 4 sq m each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Powder coated anodised Aluminium windows sliding type (3 Shutter type) with sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 Kg/mtr (minimum) incl stainless steel mosquito proofing wiremsh fixed with clips, frame, necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, neoprene rubber gasket with aluminium beading screws suitable anodised fitting such as hinges, handles incl powder coated anodised aluminium frame with one or more rebates including S&F 5.50mm thick plain glass complete all as specified and direcetd.

M&L for powder coated aluminium door shutters without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 Kg/m(min) including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, powder coated aluminium snap beading,screws suitable anodised fittings such as, hinges, handles, Hydraulic including powder coated aluminium frame with one or more rebates including S&F 5 to 6 mm thick black glass all and complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum1.25 mm th aluminium sheet foundation box main body with stainless steel cover governing pivot made of brass , other part made of mild steel heavy duty fixed in repair complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel ventilator with top hung shutter including hinges, steel peg stay complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix second class hardwood (SAL) as in plain solid straight chowkats or frames, wrought, rafter, purlins and like truss work etc framed together with glue pinned at joints, with single or double rebates or as in purlins, rafters etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/Chowkhat of size 45x85 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof,water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and directed.(including MS Hold Fast). Note:- For WPC solid door/window frames,minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e.depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be madecomplete all as specified & directed.

S & F for 30mm thick Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid Moulded WPC door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N edge),minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 30 mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides, complete all as specified and directed.
