ANNUAL MAINTENANCE OF VARIOUS 132 KV TRANSMISSION LINES UNDER ELECTRICITY TRANSMISSION DIVISION SAMBHAL

Annual Patrolling & other assocated works of various 132 KV Transmission Lines, Under ETD-Sambhal :-

Regulaer Towr to Tower ground patrolling and Tower top patrolling of following 132 KV Transmission lines, detection of defects like missing/theft tower members, puncture insulator disc, Dislocation of vibration dampers/damaged conductor/earthwire, checking of foundation & position of tree coridor of 27 meter of line, patrolling shall be done on Quartly basis i.e. 4 times in a year - a) 132 KV S/C Sambhal-DSM Asmoli Line 16x4 = 64 Km. b) 132 KV S/C Sambhal(220)-Sambhal Line-I 10x4 = 40 Km. c) 132 KV S/C Sambhal(220)-Sambhal Line-II 9.869x4 = 39.476 Km d) 132 KV S/C Moradabad-Sambhal Line 34x4 = 136 Km. e) 132 KV D/C Sambhal(220)-Asmouli Line 15.925x4 = 63.70 Km

Submission of patrolling report on prescribed computerized proforma in 5 sets after each patrolling duly binded along with one soft copy.

Lopping, Chopping and Cutting of trees branches of popular and Ukeliptus in the 27 Meter corridor line and stacking of above trees at proper place from the line

Fixing of missing tower parts on the above lines on different type of tower including cutting, fabrication of angle iron as per actual requirement at site then fitting of fabricated tower parts in place of missing tower parts on different tower with bolt and nuts. This work also include the carriage of angle iron from central store of ETD-Sambhal, to actual site of work and return for surplus angle iron to central store of this division. Angle iron and bolts nuts will be provided by the department free of cost.

Back filling of earth across the tower foundation wherever required including cost of material, labour, T&P etc. its transportation up site.

Repairing of foundation coping, wherever required including cost of material, labour, T&P etc. and its transportation up site

Strength/Replacement of damaged jumpers at tension towers.

Replacement of damaged/puncture insulators in string at different tower location including cartage of material from store to work site of the above line. All the manpower & T&P shall be proveded by tenderers for completion of work.

A) For Suspension String.

B) For Tension String.

Reparing of injured ACSR Panther Conductor by binding of alluminium wire /Repair sleeve including lowering down of conductor and hositing after compressing the repair sleeve.

Reparing of injured/Broken Earthwire by Repair sleeve and mid span joint including lowering down of conductor and hositing after compressing the repair sleeve.

Cleaning of nest from the tension tower insulators formed by birds

Emergency patrolling of above lines during tripping to detect the exact fault location & type of fault.

Attending breakdown of broken ACSR Panther Conductor by jointing it with mid span/dead end compression joints including lowering down of conductor and compressing of mid span/dead end compression joints and restringing of the same upto 2.5 Km.

Thermovision scaning by high resolution infrared camera (Min resolution 240x320) using telephoto lens of 7-14 degree (Min. Distance 150Mtrs) of all section tower jumpers of line including all mid span join, repair sleeves and shunts during load condition under ETD-Sambhal providing report in hard copy and shoft copy formate of above lines. (Once a year April to May).
