Notes for serial item No. 01 above : (i) This item also includes supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of indoor type factory made, powder coated control panel for the above 33 KV VCB breaker at main receiving station and also provision of 36 Volts battery bank for proper functioning of VCB breaker (2 Volts, 150/200 AH - 18Nos) including automatic float cum booster trickle battery charger and cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item. (ii) The mimic diagram of bus bars and connections including equipment symbols will also be provided in the panel (iii) Steel supporting structure for installation of post type insulators etc shall be paid separately. (iv) Cost of provision of PG clamps required for connection with breaker, provision of terminal connector and all standard items such as remote/local operation facility shall also be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (v) In the scope of this item, provision of CT & PT is included. Cost for making connections from CT & PT with VCB breaker, panel etc shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item (vi) Indoor type control panel shall accommodate microprocessor based annunciator, hooters, all relays (OTI alarm & Trip, WTI alarm & Trip, Buchholz alarm & Trip, digital voltmeter & Ammeter, indicator lamps and cost of all the these items shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item. (vii) Excavation & earth work and PCC for foundation & platform/pedestal shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply, installation, commissioning & testing of Transformer HT 33 KV 3 Phase, LT 433 Volts 3 Phase 4 wire, 63 KVA capacity, copper wound, step down, outdoor type, oil cooled, all as per latest IS (IS-1180), including initial oil filling to appropriate level with desired dielectric strength, with & including all standard fittings/accessories such as Off load tap changer, Silica gel breather with oil seal, Conservator with drain valve, explosion vent, Thermometer dial type, oil level gauge, filter valve, lifting lug, channel feet, oil filing holes with cover, earthing terminals, LV box, Air release valves, Bi-directional roller (04 Nos), Rating & diagram plate, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing to Transformer / GOD switch / equipments / panels etc with & including galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides, connected to & including galvanized iron earth wire 4 mm dia as earth lead, including nuts, bolts, check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel and riveted to earth plate at one end and other end of earth wire connected to transformer / GOD / Panel / equipment body / test point, GI earth wire encased in and including 15mm bore GI light grade pipe with all fittings from upper edges of earth plate upto 7.5 metre above ground level fixed with and including 25x3mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washer and also including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from earth pit to top of electrode and including funnel, wire mesh, copper lugs etc complete with earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and 40mm thick RCC (1:2:4 type B1) cover complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including necessary excavation and earthwork in any type of soil, returning, filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed. Note : PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 mtr away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner.

S&F cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290) including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilled holes for bolts, in any shape or size with & including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of aluminium red oxide primer, complete all as specified & as directed. Notes :- (i) Size, section and shape of steel sections shall be as directed. (ii) Weight of paint shall not be considered for payment purpose and quoted rate shall deemed to be included this aspect.

S&F Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced (ACSR) of any size as directed, stringing for overhead line on HT/LT poles including jointing with and including aluminium binding wire 2 mm dia, jumpers, line tapes, conducting jelly, etc and stretching properly complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : (i) The ACSR conductors shall conforming to IS-398 (Part-II) and as specified in SSR Part-I. (ii) The unit rate quoted shall also deemed to include for supply and fixing of binding wire, aluminium tapes, etc which shall not be included in the weight of conductors for payment. (iii) Weight of conductors shall be determined by measuring the horizontal distance between centers of two adjacent poles and compounding the weight of conductors of that size and length and 3% extra shall be added for sag, jointing, jumpers etc. (iv) Weight of the conductors shall be calculated from the nominal weights given in tables in the relevant IS code.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling, mass concrete and similar works, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copings, platform / pedestal of VCB, poles and the like including use and waste of form work (straight or curved), all exposed surface of concrete finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation or for shafts, walls, manholes, laying cables, pipes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
