M&L for cleaning for swimming pool complete which include cleaning of floor/ wall surface area by brush or suction sweeper for non development of algae etc by adding approved chemicals, suction sweep to be carried out by skilled labourers once in a week by using chemical items such as Alum ferric, bleaching powder, TCCA 90, Copper Sulphate, Soda ash complete all as specified and directed . Note:- Rate quoted shall be deemed to includes for:- (i) On every Thursday total labour, minimum 04 Nos {pipe fitter (skilled)-1 No, labour (unskilled)- 2 Nos, and supervisor} should be available with necessary tools for cleaning of swimming pool such as suction sweeper,rope complete all as specified and directed. (ii) Water testing report before cleaning and after cleaning shall be submitted by the contractor on every maintenance day. (iii) Alum ferric, bleaching powder, TCCA - 90, Copper Sulphate, Soda ash shall be measured and paid seperately under relavant items of schedule as supply only. (iv) Contractor should have minimum of 5 years of experience for the maintenance of swimming pool and should have produce the last 3 year attented work performance relevant documents as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (v) The contractor have to deployed a person with the testing kit for water to mix desired qty of chemical on daily basis. (vi) The Contractor shall posses valid Certified Pool Operator Certificate from recognised Certified Pool Agency /Organisation. (vii) Rate quoted by the contractor includes the wages of person for maintaing quality of water of swimming pool.

Supply only following items for disinfection/treatment of Swimming pool/ Diving pool water as per requirement and directed by Engineer in charge

(a) Alum Crystal

(b) Bleaching Powder

(c) TCCA 90

(d) Copper Sulphate

(e) Soda Ash

(f) pool standard B23 algicide to remove green, black spot and mustard algae

Dismantling and taking down motor from pump set of 10 HP pump set fixed in foundation and transporting the same to work shop, opening the motor, removing burnt winding and cleaning of stator slots and rewinding of motor using copper winding wire of existing guage and number of turns to achieve rated speed on rated voltage and current with super enamelled winding wire, replacing paper insulating of class F and fire proof sleeves, varnishing heating and baking complete including oiling, greasing, replacing wornout rear/ front bearings and reassembling complete motor refix to its location including necessary alignment, including testing at site on full load all as directed by Engr- in -charge. Note :Bearings shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this BOQ.

All as per item No 3 for 2 HP pressure pump complete all as specified

M & L for painting of pump, motor complete set of capacity 5 HP to 10 HP with two coats of synthetic enamel paint after preparing surfaces and writing MES / SM Nos all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for painting of CI / DI pipelines of any sizes in swimming pool at aundh Area complete with two coat of synthetic enamel paint after preparing surfaces and writing of Inlet/ Out let direction, area of feeding etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs bronze impeller for pump 10 HP capacity complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs ball bearing suitable for motor of suitable capacity of make : SKF complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs gland packing/mechanical seal of 10mm size required for pump and motor complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs nut bolt of 12 to 25 mm dia of 40 to 80 mm length required for pump motor and flanged joints complete all as specified and directed

S&F fibre board gasket 3 mm thick any dia (25mm to 30mm ) required for pump ,motor and flanged joints complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs MS ERW pipe 'C' class 150mm bore confirming to IS 1239 complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs MS ERW pipe 'C' class 100 mm bore confirming to IS 1239 complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fix in repair unplasticised PVC pipes(UPVC) confirming to IS 4985:2000 of pressure rating 10 kgf /sqcm (including short lengths), with & including S&F necessary pipe fittings such as bends, elbows, unions, tees, reducing tees, adoptors, sockets, plugs, hose clips etc. and fixing to walls, ceilings or in floors etc, complete with saddles (snap clips), wall clips, hooks, protective mild steel tube sleeves and cutting through walls, floors and their making good or laying in trenches complete all as specified & directed of following sizes:-

S&F in repairs MCCB 3 pole 415 V fixed type 100 Amp with breaking capacity 16 KA complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs cable lugs of suitable size complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in replacement of Quartz Silica Crystals Media of filters of swimming pool and removal of old unsv silica existing in tank including complete serviceing of fileters and hub and laterals of filter - repairs/ replacement / cleaning/ maintenance as directed

S & F in replacement of lamps for under water light - 55 watts Lamps

M & L 3 core wire of 1.5 sqmm in repairs of connection in connection box, cleaning of rust and rejoining the rites in connection box and control panel for all uw lights periodically

Supply and Installation of pool maintenance accessories like brush, deep leaf net, tel pole, test kit, hose pipe etc - complete set

Repairs/replacement of fastners of SS railing in the swimming pool

M & L for polishing/grinding/cleaning of SS Ladders and SS railing in the swimming pool complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge

Repairs /replacement of floor inlets caps and removal of dust/debris from the pipes by removing covers and fittings of covers again

M & L for attending complaint of leakage of UPVC pipe inside the swimming pool & diving Pool in inlet or oulet pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge Note: excavation returning and filling removal of soil is included in the quoted price no extra payment will be paid. Spare part which will used in repair deemed to be included in quoted price.

S & F integral decorative LED bollard with polycarbonate diffuser square shaped with IP 65 protection suitable for 10 watts LED bulb with necessary MS base box made out of MS sheet of 2 mm thick of suitable size embedded in PCC M-15 grade (nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate base, elecrical connections with adequate size including removal of old unserviceable one complete as all specified and as directed.
