Material and labour for Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone agg as in fdn of posts water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed

Supply and fixing Flat iron welded or jointed in connection with framed work including securing bolts and all necessary drilling, bolting or reverting and similar work conforming to Fe-410-0 complete all as specified.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type

Supply and fixing in repair galvanised two strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed wire with 2 mm barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised MS wire staples or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Restraining and resecuring barbed wire including making good staples etc (each line wire to be measured)

Supply and fixing in repair concertina coil of 610mm dia (in stretched position) hot deep galvanised steel wire coated with CLR ante corrosive coating making diamond shape with the help of devotail clips (18 SWG) fixed over barbed with the angle iron the concertina coil is to be fixed with barbed wire at points where coil touched the bottom barbed wire with the help of hog rings (14 SWG) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preperation of old painted surfaces of steel and iron work of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint any tint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old external surfaces of walls inclluding cornices, plasters etc(plastered or un plastered surfaces) and applying one coats of exterior emulsion coloured complete all as per manufacture instructions all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick layer of sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation all as directed

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with gray cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade

All as per item ser No. (36) but paver block 80mm thick.

Dewatering cleaning of septic tanks including sludge chamber, mechanically with suction vechile mounted air and all other equipment required for lifting from septic tank/man holes and disposed of sludge out of MD land complete all as specified and dircted by Eng-in-charge for dewatering

Cleaning/removing blockage sludge of sewer line any dia and in any position by roding, by pressure pump of any type or by using mechanical equipments, incl. taking off and refixing manhole cover including removing all sludge in or outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning/removing blockage of WC, wash hand basin, floor/nahani traps, gully traps, soil waste and vent pipe etc. of any height of bldg manually for day to day complainnt with the help of vaccum pump or by rodding upto complete satisfaction of user's including opening and refixing of eye cover to bend and branch pieces (Tee, bend) and funally cleaned with adequate quantity of water to make the job functional complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of manholes of any size and not exc. 1.50 mtr depth including lifting, removing sludge, water and cleaning with water including cutting grass, vegitation and bushes to a width of 60cm all around of manholes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item ser No. (44) above but exc. 1.50 mtr depth of manholes. NOTE :- The sludge obtained from item ser No. (1) to (8) above shall be removed from MD land. The rates included with above provisioned items also.

Punchuring of SGSW pipe of 150mm dia for cleaning blockages and sealing with piece of pipe and concreting around the pipe including necessary excavations.

All as per item ser No. (44) above all as per item ser No. (11) above but exc. 200mm dia of pipe.

Material and labour for deformed steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent toshape required, including cranking, bending spirally orhooping for columns, hooking endsand binding with mild steelwire (annealed)n.less than 0.9mm dia complete.all asspecified.

Supply and fixing deformed or twisted bars 6 mm dia and over upto including 10 mm dia as in stirrups spacers and binders cut to length bent to shape required including cracking bending spirally hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) no less than 0.90 mm dia

Material and labour broken loose filling with aggregate of guage 80 to 150mm in soak well and all as specified and directed.
