Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 meter in width, and lift upto 1.5 meter, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 meter.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 6 SWG G.I. wire at 0.50 metre below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required.

SUB HEAD:(I) SITC of High Mast Flood Lights Design, supply, erection and commissioing of flood lighting system of 28 m height suitable for wind velocity of 39 Mtrs/sec with hot dip galvanized multiple telescopic sections and material of construction of S 355 grade as per BS-EN10 025 (with base plate welded to the bottom sections), holdings and it shall also include head frame, steel wire rope , non corrosive pulley, complete with control gear boxes, electric driven integral power tool, power & control cables etc. as required along with the following etc. complete as required as per the specifications given include making of necessary foundation as per site conditions. a) Luminaires carriage to hold all required LED light fittings for 20 lux average in apron area plus two additional light fittings for redundancy including all accessories, counter weights and self balance etc. b) Raising and lowering mechanism consisting of suitable double drum winch assembly, head frame assembly on top with self fabricating bearing and stainless steel shaft non-corrosive, pulley, & stainless steel wire ropes of minimum 6mm dia 316 Grade S.S hoisting (7/19 construction) etc. complete with internally mounted electric driven 3 phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz operated integral power tool installed inside the base compartment for its operation and also for manual operation. c) Supply, Laying and fixing of 2 runs of flexible round sheath 5 core control cables of appropriate rating from junction box to lantern carriage including wiring with suitable size of copper cable for individual wiring of all fittings including 2 Nos Aviation obstruction lights. d) Supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washer, suitable size anchor plate and template. e) Design, casting of open raft type RCC foundation suitable for soil bearing capacity at site. The minimum M20 grade concrete for the high mast considering the safe soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqmtr at 2 meter depth job including all materials and labour and as per site conditions. (The foundation design should be vetted form reputed IIT/ NIT/ any reputed Govt technical institution for withstanding the 140km/hr wind pressure along with desired fittings for 20 average lux level at apron). f) Heavy gauge hot dip galvanized lightening arrester and its necessary connections at the top. g) Wiring of luminaires with all wiring materials like PVC insulated PVC sheathed flexible cable of suitable copper conductor cores of 1.5 sq. mm, lugs, MCB etc as required. h) Supply & installation of outdoor stand mounted feeder pillar with 63A TPN MCB incomer, single dial time switch, 45A TP contactor for the automatic switching of luminaries, power tool control with 2 no 9A contactors and raise lower push button, Incoming 25/35 sq. mm and out going 16 & 2.5 sq. mm terminals. i) Provision of 02 Nos GI pipe earthing for High mast with 2.5 M long 40 mm dia GI Pipe including connection to High mast earth terminal with 25 x 3 mm GI flats with all materials and labour. j) SITC of 02 Nos LED Aviation obstruction lights.

Installation, adjusting, testing and commissioning of 200/350/500 W LED Flood light Luminaries as per requirement on high mast carriage & poles in the new apron so as to achieve desired lux level (Average lux level of 20 Lux & not less than 10 lux at extremities) i/c connection, interconnection and allied accessories etc complete as required as per site condition requirement.

Design, supply, installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1X20 KVA Capacity, 3 phase in / 1 Phase out online UPS in Stand alone configuration with double conversion PWM IGBT technology to drive constant current regulators as per technical specifications/data sheet enclosed. The UPS shall have built in automatic static by pass, phase sequence protection, pure sine wave output. input-output isolation, built in isolation transformer compatibility with generator supply cold start capability, EMI/RFI noise filter advanced communication-RS232 or equivalent port and user friendly LCD display, suitable to operate at 415V, 50Hz, 3 Phase AC supply and delivering single phase loads with Single phase output and necessary safety protection. The job also includes SITC of 12V, VRLA SMF batteries to give a backup time of minimum 20 minutes along with MS battery rack, connectors, wiring between battery bank and UPS with insulated copper conductor of required size as per site requirement etc. as required.
