40 mm thick fine dressed Devri stone flooring over 20 mm thick base of cement mortar in 1:4 (1 cement:4 course sand) including pointing with 1:2 cement mortar (1 cement:2 stone dust) with an admixture to match the shade of stone and curing complete.

Providing and laying of artificial turfing of approved brand and standard manufacture, thickness including all fixing materials, wastage and all carriages complete.

Providing & fixing Interlocked pre-cast cement concrete tiles ( 50mm thick) in footpath & court yard laid over 7.50 cm thick sand cushion duly compacted and jointing with dry sand on top and cement concrete M-15 grade on ends complete including all carriages.

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on new work ( Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 liter/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 Sqm)

Wall lining butch work up to 10 m height with dholpur stone 40 mm thick rough facing on the exposed surface with stone strips of minimum length 300 mm and required width including embedding every 10th. Layer and bottom most layer in masonry of concrete after making necessary chases of size 75 x 75 mm and by providing layer of 75 mm thick strips including 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3(1 cement:3 course sand) 1ncluding ruled pointing in cement mortar 1: 2 91 cement:2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of the stone and curing complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of reqd. colour to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Stone work sunk or molded or sunk and molded/Devri stones up to floor five level in square or rectangular pillars in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement:6 course sand) incl. Pointing with white cement mortar 1:2 (1white cement:2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone shade ,incl. all carriages up to site of work complete.

Providing steel gate with frame 50x 50 x 6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S gusset plats at Corners with 20 x 20mm size square bars at interval length of 125mm from centre to centre including all necessary fittings and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer complete.
