Dismantling of existing damage shell & Tube type Condenser for 40 TR chiller (against Chiller No. - 6&7) and supply & fixing of new Shell & Tube type Condenser (Approx. size of the Shell : L-1828.8 mm, Dia - 762 mm or equivalent suitable size compatible with the existing AC Plant) made with integrally finned Copper Tubes ( no. of tubes : In – 46 nos. & Out – 25 nos., Tube Size : 5/8" OD with thickness of 17.5 SWG ) fitted with MS shell, MS tubes Plates & CI water Jackets ( End Cover ) incl. pipe connections at both the sides and the same is to be tested with 300 psi of Nitrogen, charged with R22 Refrigerant and finally commissioning by making compatible with the existing AC plant for Main bldg of High Court, Calcutta in respect of overall full satisfactory function/operation of Central AC Plant in all respect.

Fixing & altering by electric welding of 4" dia CI water circulating Pipe line incl. fixing of elbow, short piece, valves, blank caps of opening condencer, 4" dia flange and also fixing of refrigerant ( liquid & delivery) pipe line incl. fixing of necessary accessories as required as per direction of the E. I. C. ( Unit No. 6 & 7)

Supply & installation of following accessories in respect of repairing of different water circulation Pipe line & refrigerant pipe line.

a) 4" dia C.I. flange ( for water circulating line of condencer)

b) 4" dia C. I. Elbow ( for water circulating line of condencer)

c) 4" dia C. I. Short Piece ( for water circulating line of condencer)

d) 1/2" dia C. I. Short Piece ( for water circulating line of condencer)

e) 3/8" dia, 8" long C. I. Short Piece ( for water circulating line of condencer)

f) 1½"x 1½" C. I. Valve ( for water circulating line of condencer)

g) 4" dia Blank Cap ( for water circulating line of condencer)

h) Rubber Gasket for Flange.

i) 1¼" dia C. I. Pipe ( for Refrigerant line)

j) 2½" dia C. I. Pipe ( for Refrigerant line)

k) 1¼" dia C. I. Elbow ( for Refrigerant line)

l) 2½" dia C. I. Elbow ( for Refrigerant line)

m) 1⅝" x 1⅝" Hand Shut off Valve ( for Refrigerant line)

n) 1⅝" x 1⅜" Copper Reducer ( for Refrigerant line)

o) 1⅜" x 1⅜" Copper Socket ( for Refrigerant line)

p) 1⅜" OD Copper Pipe ( for Refrigerant line)

q) 1⅝" OD Copper Pipe ( for Refrigerant line)

s) Nuts & Bolts, Plan & Spring Washers.

Supply, fixing & commissioning of 50 mm dia Class-C M.S. Pipe of Chiller Plant after cutting the old rusted & damaged pipe by fabrication along with flange, El-Bow & Socket complete with all accessories as required .

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 440V, 50HZ, 10 HP 3000 RPM 65X50 monoblo Pump motor set as per existing requirement. ( Make : Kirloskar , Model no. KDS-1065++ or equivalent model of KSB)

Supply & Fixing of ‘U’ channel for installing pump motor set having size 24”x 18" x 1½ " having 4 nos. holes for fixing the base plate of pump motor set as per direction of the E. I. C..

Supply & Fixing of rubber incursion gasket for flange with necessary jointing materials as per direction of the E. I. C.

Supply & Fixing of M. S. Short Piece, Bend, Reducer, Elbow, Flange etc.(ISI) as required for the above work .

Supply & Fixing of insulation of chiller water pipe line by 2" section thermokol pasting with hot bitumin and rapping with polythene wiremesh incl. cement plastering and celicoat paint after dismantling completely the damaged insulation of thermokol & Sand / Cement plaster and scrapping & cleaning properly for removing old adesive & rusts as per direction of the EIC.

Full commissioning of the whole 340TR Central AC plant in respect of satisfactory functioning/operation

Add. G.S.T.@ 12% on total of item no.1 to 9.

Add. LWC.@ 1% on total of item no 1 to 10.
