S&F 30mm thick prelam perforated PVC false ceiling panel made of 5mm wall thickness PVC perforated sheet of size 600x600mm on glass wool. 5.00mm ( + 0.25 )prelam perforated PVC sheet of density 600Kg/cbm manufacture by an ISO-9001-2015 certified company, is stuck with glass wool on one side with suitable adhesive. The panel is inserted in the frame made of anodised Aluminium of GI 'T' section of size 1"x1" (25mmx25mm) in square type grid of size 2'x2' (600x600mm).The aluminium / GI Frame work is supported from the ceiling with the help of 'J' hook and GI wire / 6mm MS rods of required sizes to maintain proper level. The aluminium / GI frame work is supported on side walls with the help of aluminium GI "L" section of size 1"x1" (25mmx25mm) angles complete as per manufacturer's instructions, shown on drawing and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated,etc) sheets in roof covering complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel & iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old decorated distempered surfaces and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion of approved tint and make on wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiles including cement mortar bedding but not backing, removing serviciable tiles to stores and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on vertical surfaces of walls for fixing of wall tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7mm to 8mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile n.exc 0.36 Sqm, laid over screed bed or bedding layer as in flooring etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed ceremic coloured tiles 600x300x9 mm thick(as approved by Engr-in-Charge) in vertical surfaces, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for water proofing treatment on RCC roof slab of multi-storey building etc, comprising with the following specifications :-

Dismantling existing brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer of any description over existing surfaces of roof slab complete complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in roof padding and kerbs etc complete complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for seperately at supply only rates.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of roof including cleaning the surface by using wire brush/ pressure hose and applying high performance polyurethane liquid membrane roof casting cold applied in two coats @ 1.5 Kg/Sqm with spray / brush an elongation of 300% to 700% and tensile strength not less than 3N/Sqmm as per ASTM D412 and ASTM D2370, crack bridging ability of 3.5 mm as per ASTM C 1305, shore a hardness of not less than 60 as ASTM D 2240. The item includes epoxy primer applied @ 0.15 Kg/Sqm and a geotextile of 40 GSM to be applied over first coat while first coat is still wet complete as per manufacturer's instructions and sound engineering practice complete all as directed by Engneer-in-Charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound of approved quality complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for repairs to broken edges of roof projection, chajja, facia, fins and simillars works, girth n.exc 45 cm including cutting reinforcement, as required, removing all loose/ peeled off materials and making good by guniting with PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate), if requred or dubbing out in cement mortar (1:3) (average thicknes 10mm) and applying 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4), finished aven & smooth to match the existing surfaces at any height upto four storied buildings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
