Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator/ breaker)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm (Thirty centimetres) in depth, 1.5 m (One point five metre) in width as well as 10 sqm(Ten square metre) on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth in all leads and lifts in ordinary rock and all kinds of soil including chiseling of hard rocks where blasting is prohibited including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. A recovery of useful stone for 2413.31 (Two thousand four hundred thirteen point three one) cubic metre @ Rs. 300/- (Rupees three hundred only) per cubic metre shall be effected on pro-rata basis in Ist running bill from this item. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Excavation in foundation, trenches etcetra in earth work in all kind of classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, soft and hard blasting and doing work in saturated soil, including chiselling or wedging out rocks where blasting work is prohibited or any other mixed variety of soil includinjg shoring, strutting, de-watering and pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depths or any quantum of water including slush which may arise during de-watering or removal of slush, lift upto any height stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (Fifteen centimetre) layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundation etcetra consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per specification, approved drawings, design as per the entire satisfactions and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto all leads and lift also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm (Twenty centimetre) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etcetra complete including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Treatment of soil under floors using chemical emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300 mm apart including drilling 12 mm diameter holes and plugging with cement mortar 1 :2 (1 cement : 2 Coarse sand) to match the existing floor : With Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane E.C. 20% with 1% concentration subject to the condition the soil testing report should be conducting from the Geological department before execute the above item to stayable/safety factor in the soil including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etcetera in layers not exceeding 20cm (Twenty centimetre) in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, upto all leads and lifts including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Filling in Plinth with sand under floors including watering ramming consolidating and dressing complete, as per HPPWD specifications, approved drawing, design or as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 ( One Cement isto four Sand isto eight graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (forty milimetre) nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete etcetera curing complete excluding the cost of form work. in foundation and plinth including pumping or bailing out water/dewatering, removal of slush which may arise at the time of laying concrete under water completion excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth in all depth/heights as per HPPWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 ( One Cement isto three Sand isto six graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (forty milimetre) nominal size mechanically mixed and vibrated curing complete excluding the cost of form work. in foundation and Plinth, as per HPPWD specification, approved drawing, design, as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana and toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete M 20 (M-Twenty) with cement contents not less than 320 KG/cum (Three hundred twenty kilogram)per cubic metre and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foudation and plinth as per approved drawing, design & specification or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government .

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 (M-Twenty five) grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content @ 350 kg/cum (Three hundred fifty kilogramme per cubic metre) as per approved design mixed to obtained the compressive strength of 20N/mm² (Twenty Newton per millimetre square) including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability for all work up to plinth level complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government
