Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour all complete : a): New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : a) Two or more coats on new work.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and of required shade and colour complete to give and even shade: a) Old work (one or more coats)

White washing with lime to give an even shade: a) Old work (two or more coats)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: a) One or more coats on old work

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead : a) With cement mortar 1:4 (1cement: 4 coarse sand).

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails or existing wooden fillet wherever necessary : a) Glass panes 4 mm thickness.

Providing and fixing Stainless Steel A ISI 304 (18/8) kitchen sink as per IS:13983 with C.I. brackets and stainless steel plug 40 mm, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required : a) Kitchen sink without drain board: i) 610x460 mm bowl depth 200 mm.

Providing and fixing square-mouth S.W. gully trap class SP-1 complete with C.I. grating brick masonry chamber with water tight C.I. cover with frame of 300 x300 mm size (inside) the weight of cover to be not less than 4.50 kg and frame to be not less than 2.70 kg as per standard design : a) 100x100 mm size P type : i) With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): a) With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm)

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture conforming to IS : 6315, having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 kg., for doors, including cost of cutting floors ,embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge: a) With stainless steel cover plate minimum 1.25 mm thickness.

P/F fly proof galvanized M.S. wire gauge to window / door shutter using galvanized. M.S. wire gauge with avg. width of aperture 1.4mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.63 mm with required nails, screws etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing bright finished brass pivot to aluminium door i/c removing unserviceable pivot existing at site, fixing new pivot with required screws etc. All complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairs to side hung steel window leaves of size 450x1200mm approx. against improper functioning including replacing the existing faulty hinges by box type hinges, making good the jambs and soffits for free movement of window leaves complete as per of direction Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Plumber as and when required for attending day to day complaints of plumbing, sanitary installations, water supply fittings and related works complete excluding the cost of material except washers,nails,clamps,screws, M- seal, taplon tap , drill machine , bit etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The material required for attending the complaints shall be arranged by the contractor at site and paid under sub head of 'supply of material' of the agreement.

Providing carpenter as and when required for attending all day to day complaints of carpentry works such as repair of doors , windows , cupboard shutters as per requriment on need basis for all jobs in one working day i/c cost of screws ,nails, fevicol clamps etc. (The material required for attending the complaints shall be arranged by the contractor at site and will be paid under sub head 'supply of material' of the agreement except cost of all T&P for attending the work shall be arranged by the contractor and nothing extra shall be paid.

Providing Beldar /Helper/sewerman as and when required for attending day to day maintenance job for carpentry,plumbing and Sewerman job and for other miscellaneous works such as cleaning the colonies compound, roof etc. including the cost of ledder, tagari, phawra , cutter machine for tree ,etc.for all jobs in one working day.

Credit of old un- serviceable materials recovered from dismantling / demolishing from work: ( NOTE :It shall be ensured that material are in broken / damaged and completely unserviceable condition for which test check shall be carried out by the Engineer - in -charge before effecting payment ) : a) Brass / CP Brass items such as bib cock, stop cock, pillar cock gate valve and other fitting etc.
