Patch Repair of defferent Types of Road at Semariywan Block in Financial Year- 2026-27 Lot02

WBM Grading 3 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. (A) By Manual Means including labour cess (excluding GST)

Tack Coat- Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10)using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Speicification Clause 503. including labour cess and cost of bitumen(excluding GST)

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cut-back or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheeled roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and grades. to be followed by seal coat of type C as per technical specification clause 508. (GST shall be paid extra)

Providing and applying seal coat type "C" comprising of a layer of bituminous binder followed by a cover of stone chipping of specified grading and rolling with power roller 8-10 tonne kN Static roller and finishing to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (GST shall be paid extra)
