Schedule 'A' Section - I

Excavation in trenches in hard dense soil n.exc 1.5 mtr wide & n.exc 1.5mtr in depth and n. exc. 10sqm on plan for laying pipe in trenches and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Returning filling in trenches, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in hard dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Taking out unserviceable/defective/damaged/blockage GI/MS pipe 15 mm bore steel water tubing,sorting out serviceable pipe fitting for reuse and cleaning the pipe including fitting and removing away all unserviceable pipe from site, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge. (Note: Exacavation and earhwork shall be measured and paid for separately.)

Taking out old unsv and Supplying, fixing and testing of cast iron Sluice valve PN1.6 as per IS-14846, body, dome, wedge-CI IS:210, rings-bronze IS:318, Spindal-SS IS:6603, Gland Paking greasy jute packing, fasteners-CS, Gasket- Natural rubber, nominal size DN-150 mm, both ends flanged in existing line, after removal of old unserviceable sluice valve without damaging to existing pipe line complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Suitable size flanges for existing pipe line, Joints and jointing materials shall be included under this item.

Preparation Tank model No VST-1005 of net cap 170 Ltrs of FRP dosing tank 650 mm x net height 375 mm + conical 300 mm gross height with stand 100 mm consisting of (a) Water Inlet line (b) Outlet with Y Strainer (c) Drain (d) Over flow (e) Conical bottom for sludge deposition (f) Pot hole with cover (g) Level gauge (h) Agitator 120 W, 900 RPM, 1 phase flange mounted motor with plastic shaft and impeller. 2. Service tank Model No VST -1006 of net cap 100 lts of FRP dosing tank top dia 540 mm x bottom dia 480 mm x height 575 mm consisting of :- (a) Water inlet line (b) Outlets with Y Stainer (c) Drain (d) Over flow (e) Level Gauge (f) Agitator 120 W, 900 RPM, 1 phase flange mounted motor with plastic shaft and impeller, (g) Inspection Report (h) Provision of mounting pump on lid/wall.

Supply of calcium hypo chloride, 65%-70% chlorine content, high strength granular disinfectant for treatment of drinking water complete all as specified and qty as per requirement and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Amount of credit of Rs. 42160.00 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
