PCC Grade M-30 thickness 150mm

12 mm cement plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement & coarse sand of single coat for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers and rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even and smooth etc. as per Sl.No. 2 (13.4) Ch- 13

Cement concrete with 2cm guage approved stone grit approved coarse sand, cement in the proportion of 4:2:1 I/C supply of all material T&P etc. required for proper completion of work. As per Sl.No. 279 (a) Ch-5

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm guage approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 in Lintels of Doors and WIndows Excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 BWGGI binding wire and including necessary shuttering and centering etc. and also including supply of all material labour and T&P etc. require for proper completion of the work binding wire cost beaing including in the item but for Slabs as per Sl.No. 284 NS Ch-5

Mild Steel or Iron in plain work such as Reinforced Concrete or Reinforcement brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including benefit for proper completion of work and including supply of all steel and wastage and overlapping and hooks etc. as per Sl.No. 504 Ch-10
