M&L for dry sand (Local Tibba sand) and punning for cushioning and cover for protection of under ground electric cable complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :-(i) Approved local Tibba dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment, only punned thickness shall be measured.

M&L for sub class ‘B’ (old size) burnt clay bricks laid flat and dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent bricks not exc. 10mm for protection of underground electric cable in such a way that the length of brick is at right angle to the central axis of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm confirming to IS -5820 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Boring of holes of 80mm bore under road, pavement, hard standing, (minimum 1.0m below the road surface) etc by trench less technology using necessary machine / manually without disturbing the top surface suitable for passing the GI protection pipe / cables, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- GI pipe laid shall be measured & paid for separately under appropriate item of this Schedule.

M&L for galvanized iron tubing, 40mm bore light grade, ISI marked, including all fittings and laid in trenches/ under road/ drains, fixed to poles/ walls with required size of flat iron (25mmx3mm) clamps, bolts, nuts and washers for protection of LT electric cable complete including taking down old unserviceable pipe with clamps complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.

S&F cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290) including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilled holes for bolts, in any shape or size for 33 KV/ 11 KV over head structure with & including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, fixed including taking down old unserviceable cross arms, complete all as specified & as directed. Notes :- (i) Size, section and shape of steel sections shall be as directed. (ii) Weight of paint shall not be considered for payment purpose and quoted rate shall deemed to be included this aspect.

Taking down existing high mast head frame and dismantling for repairing of unserviceable parts including repair of complete control panel wiring and fixing the same position after repair including testing complete all as specified and directed. Note : Making suitable arrangements of ladder or crane or scaffolding is the responsibility of contractor.

Taking down existing high mast pole and dismantling pole of hight 12 to 21 Mtrs from bottom plate, nuts and bolts complete with the help of suitable T&P required for holding, lifting and dismantling high mast pole, replacement of unserviceable part, oiling and greasing of pulleys, gear box, rope and all moving parts including assembling, intallation of high mast pole complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note. (i) Cost of crane for dismantling high mast pole is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (ii) Cost of oiling and greasing of moving parts in deemed to be included in rate quoted.

Taking down by disconncting the existing electrical connections of winch motor for rewinding / repairs including rewinding the motor of capacity upto 2 HP with best class super enameled copper conductor of existing gause and size including winding with fibre cloth/PVC insulated winding paper, superior quality varnishig, insulating 230 Volts AC, 50 Hz electric supply system and refixing and reconnecting the same location for satisfactory functioning of winch on 230 Volts electric supply system complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the existing winch gear box of high mast light 12 to 21 mtrs by disconnecting the winch motor and supply and fixing in replacement the winch gear box of appropriate capacity as per sample and make at site, fixing and connecting the same with winch motor for satisfactory operation of winch on electrical power complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of galvanized steel wire rope conforming to IS-2266-2002 of nominal diameter of 10mm having 6x19 multi stranded construction steel core CRW grade 1570, having mass 46.1 Kg/100 RM with minimum breaking force of 63 KN suitable including greasing complete all as specified and as directed including taking down old unserviceable steel rope.
