Cleaning and maintanance of sewage system including day to day complaints viz removing all type of blockage from wash hand basins, bottle trap, Gully trap kitchen sink, water closet, etc including sewage lines of any dia, up to First manholes, by providing all tools and plants including bamboos, iron rod, bucket, rope ladder and manpower as required etc complete. (Note :- (i) Contractor has to provide minimum two Nos safaiwalas/sweepers daily for sewage cleaners to attend the sewage complaint received day to day by sub division. (ii) Any complaint which is not completed within two days from the date of issue of complaint. Compensation will be charged @Rs. 200/-per day for each caplaint upto 02 days delayed and beyond 2 days and above every additional day delayed will be charged @Rs. 50/-per day each complaints. (iii) Nos of blockage/complaints cleared/attended per day as recorded in MB is to be paid to the contractor as each Job in one Bldgs/block etc which includes sewer line also. (iv) Cleaning of septic tank and soakage well/man holes are paid separately under relevant item here in after.

Cleaning of sewage line of the following dia SGWG /RCC NP 2 pipe or any other specification including removing all type of blockage from manholes, to manholes by manual and /or mechnical means including providing all tools and plants bamboos, iron rod, bucket, rope, ladder etc complete. Note :- Contractor has to depute extra labour for cleaning of sewage lines to clear the blockage in sewer lines as and when required and disposing off all sludge waste debries etc outside MD land and refixing MH cover complete.

(a) 150 mm dia (depth n.exc 2.0 m below GL)

(b) 200 mm dia and above (depth exc 2.0m but n.exc 4.5 m below GL)

Scooping and taking out sludge and foreign material from septic tank, soak well and sump/well of any description of any depth but not exc up to 4.5 m and including removing and re-fixing of manholes covers, septic tank and soak well cover etc and appliances required for safe disposal of sludge and foreign material by carrying out the same covered van/trolley out side defence land and it should be disposed off at distance not less than 1.5 KM away at such place which is not detrimental to public health and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note for item No 3 to 6 :- Net volume of internal size of each septic tank, soakage well, up to the depth of water from bottom shall be measured for payment purpose including dewatering and removing dry/wet sludge etc complete.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete as specified.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster/ tiles of any descrption on PCC/ stone surface/ brick surfaces of wall or ceiling including raking outs joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces using wpc , finished even and smooth.

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

S&F TMT bar 8 mm dia , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire ( annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia as specified.

Disconnecting existing water tank of capacity exc 250 ltrs but n exc 500 ltrs setting aside or lowering if required for cleaning and reconnecting or refixing in same position, including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from the mouths of circulating pipes etc and including neatly writting date of cleaning (DD/MM/YY) upto 10 mm thick and upto 100 mm height each bold capital /Itallic letters with white/black synthetic enamel paint all complete and all as specified.
