Amount

Cement plaster (in fine sand) 1:4 mix 12 mm thick.

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in: (Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including all carriage.

Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level (1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). including all carriage.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level ( Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more).

Gang saw cut,mirror polished,premoulded and prepolished machine cut of required size,approved shade,color and mixture back filled with grout of 12 mm thick size cement mortar 1: 3 mix joints treated with white cement with matching pigment(in walls) 19 mm thick
