Supply and hanging/fixing ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep in white/off white colour, 50watt, copper winding, 3 Blade, single phase, 230 volts 50 Hz double ball bearing, energy saver/energy-efficient, alongwith hanging rod (length as per site requirement or as directed by Engineer-in-charge), canopy (lower and upper), rubber real, nut bolts, lock pin etc. including making electrical connection with flexible round twin core multi strand copper cable suitable size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make and cat part :- Electra 50 of Bajaj / Entrust 50 of Crompton / ES 50 of Havelles Note :- (i) Srl Number of ceiling fan and 'GE North BTD' shall also be writing on fan with red colour permanent marker, cost for the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate, nothing shall be paid extra on this account, Srl number will be issued by Engineer-in-Charge. (ii) Ceiling fan installed/hanging at various locations as directed by Engineer-in-charge with in the Jurisdiction of GE North Bathinda (from market to AGE E/M store/AGE E/M store to sites /Location, all conditions will be the responsibility of contractor and nothing extra will be admissible on this account

Material and labour for concealed Point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross section area) FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed and multi strand copper conductor cable 1100 volt (ISI marked) drawn through existing conduit, wiring for fan point (from existing board to ceiling fan), including provn of 1.5 Sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated multi strand copper conductor wire continues as earth wire connected to earth dolly etc. including taking out old wire carefully from conduit without disturbing other points (if any other points are in same conduit) and deposit it into AGE E/M Store yard complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (i) Switches for fan point if required same shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ. (ii) During replacement of wire if other points are damage same shall be make good up to entire satisfication of Engineer-in-charge by the contractor, cost of same shall deemed to be included in the unit rate.

Supply and fixing switch piano flush type (ISI marked) as per existing make and shape or as directed , 5/6Amps, single pole, one way, fixing in existing switch board on laminated sheet including making elctric connection and testing, including making fixing arrangement i.e. cutting of sheet if required or in lieu of blanking plate or in lieu of unserviceable switch, including screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing stepped type (1-4/5), electronic Fan regulator (two module), 100 watt, 250 volts, regulator fixing in existing switch board on laminated sheet including making elctric connection and testing, including making fixing arrangement i.e. cutting of sheet if required or in lieu of blanking plate or in lieu of unserviceable regulator, including screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Hot water tank made out of stainless steel 2 mm thick sheet, 200 Ltr cap including covering with glass wool with provision of 15mm dia inlet/outlet arrangement including testing after fixing with solar system as well as electric backup supply system complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Flat plate collector size 1860 mm x 1240mm x 100 mm (ISI marked) or as per site requirement (near about dimensions), assembly suitable for solar hot water system including copper tube black coat, radiation reflector film of aluminum toughed glass, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fixing of rubber hose pipe 20 to 25 mm dia between hot water tank & collector fixed with MS clamp complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Aluminum sheet of 28 SWG fixed over hot water pipe fixing with suitable steel screw full thread complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Glass wool density not less than 42 Kg/Cum and fixed over outer surface of hot water pipe with the help of steel wire cloth of 0.36 mm nominal dia incl binding with GI binding wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing HDPE rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank white colour of capacity 500 litres (cylindrical vertical, triple layered with closed top) conforming to specification of IS:12701-1996 with amendment No 1 and 2 (covered by fig 1), hoisted and fixed in position including inlet and out let connection and fixing ball valve complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Float valve shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only under appropriate item of BOQ.)

Supply and fixing galvanized steel tubing (GI pipe) medium grade 20mm bore ISI marked with all new fittings like elbow, tee, union, socket, reducer etc. and fixed complete to walls, ceiling and laid in floor or concealed in walls including cutting chases in wall (as directed) and including cutting and threading of existing pipe any dia for insertaion of tee branch as required and making good disturbed surfaces as per existing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply only ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball (polythene float) complete, screwed suitable for 20mm bore iron pipe complete all specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight of ball valve shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply and fixing gun metal, globe or gate valve (ISI marked), brass cast copper alloy, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends suitable for 20mm bore iron pipes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight of gate valve shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Supply and fixing bib tap cast copper alloy, chromium plated, fancy type with crutch or butterfly handle with capstan head, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule 15mm bore complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Material and labour for mild steel framed work as in stands for solar water heater system, supports, clamps, grills, framed guard bars, walkways, railing, etc. and similar works fabricated by using MS FI, angle, tee or other structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, eye hooks, cut to in any shape or size as indicated or directed, drilled and countersunk for screw, bending and , including welding work with material including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Material and labour for concealed sub main wiring with 4 Sqmm single core (Two run) FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multistrand copper conductor cable drawn through and including PVC conduit 20mm dia (medium quality ISI marked), on independent circuit and including one run 4 Sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multi strand copper conductor cable continues as earth wire connected to earth dolly etc. including all fitting arrangement i.e. PVC clamp, rawl plug, screw, terminal/junction box, tee, bend etc. and including cutting of chases in wall, and making good disturbed surfaces of walls as per original complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-Three run of 4 sqmm copper wire and one run conduit shall be measured as one RM length for payment.

Material and labour for surface sub main wiring with 4 Sqmm single core (Two run) FRLSH PVC insulated multistrand copper conductor drawn through and including PVC casing caping of size 32mm (heavy duty) on independent circuit and including one run 4 Sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multi strand copper conductor continues as earth wire connected to earth dolly etc. including all fitting arrangement i.e. PVC clamp, rawl plug, screw, terminal box, etc. including making good disturbed surfaces of walls/ceiling etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-Three run of 4 sqmm copper wire and one run casing caping shall be measured as one RM length.

Supply and fixing (concealed in wall or as directed) single pole and neutral sheet metal enclosure (AC Box) with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB of capacity 20 Amps, 240 volts, AC supply complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing water heater (Geyser) storage type of capacity 25 Ltrs, energy saver/energy-efficient Star rating, 230V, 2KW element, single phase AC supply, inner tank made out of heavy duty stainless steel sheet glass line coated, having pressure release valve, non return valve and drain valve, thermostat with auto cut off etc, hanging on wall with 4 Nos steel fastners 10mm dia 100mm long and making good the disturbed surface as per existing surfaces, including electric, earthing and water connection to geyser and testing on load ( Filled with water ) upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge/JE complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make - Usha / Venus/Bajaj / Kenstar/ Victor Note :- (i) Srl Number of geyser and 'GE North BTD' shall also be writing on geyser with red colour permanent marker, which will be issued by Engineer-in-Charge and cost for the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate, nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (ii) Geyser installed/hanging at various locations as directed by Engineer-in-charge with in the Jurisdiction of GE North Bathinda (from market to AGE E/M store/AGE E/M store to sites /Location, all conditions will be the responsibility of contractor and nothing extra will be admissible on this account

Supply & fixing 600 mm long PVC connection 15mm size with Brass CP nuts, ring washer, heavy duty suitable for hot water complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing stop valve/angle valve cast copper alloy, chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed both end for iron pipe or for brass ferrule 15mm bore complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- The minimum weight shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4), type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in bed block, for embedded legs/posts of stand for solar plates & similar work etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
