Supply, Installation & commissioning of 30 Cs V.T. axial flow pump having lift 23.02 feet ,980 RPM including MS Delivery pipe, bend mimimum 8 mm thickness & support of bend duly painted from inside and outside as per site requirement & specification approved by technical committee (Annexure-A) (06 Nos., PH MD-1 to 3). (Tentative Lift at MD-1,2,3,4 is 23.02 feet and at MD-5,6 is 15.00 feet. However as raising of canal is proposed so suggested to consider buffer of 3 feet at each pump house)

Supply, Installation & commissioning of LTDB of Capacity 1000 Amps including all accessories as ACB,1000 Amps -01 No incomer,MCCB, 250 Amp-05 Nos. outgoing, 63Amp MCB for lighting loads, indicators,relays,meters,push buttons,bus bars etc complete suitable for operation of 05 Nos 100 HP as per specification approved by Tech committee with design capacitor bank of 200 KVAR capacity with 8 APFCR, digital display instrunment and other allied accessories. (03 No.,PH MD-4=01 No. PH MD-5=01 No. PH MD-6=01 No.)

Providing & fixing by making required size /length at site in pair of MS cross Girder (ISMB) of size 300mmx150mm for foundation of 30 CS VT Axial Flow pump including supply,fixing & welding on bottom side of ISMB through out length with MS flat of 150mmx10 mm thick. One end of ISMB shall be grouted into wall by making arrangement Of PCC block of suitable size as per weight of pump set of 30 Cs capacity and other end shall be welded with fixing of A.I. L- bracket and nut/bolts/washers etc fitting with ISMB member. Including Material & Labour for applying primer coat with metal primer on new steel or iron work including preparation of surface and Material & labour for painting two coats excluding primer coat with ready mixed paint (Epoxy paint) for metallic surface in all shades on new steel or iron work..MAKE: TATA/JINDAL/SAIL/VAIZAG (18 pair., PH MD-1=04 Pair. , PH MD-2=03 Pair.& PH MD-3=03 Pair. Providing & fixing by making required size /length at site ISMB of size 600mmx210mm for support of foundation girder for 3 Nos 30 Cs VT Axial Flow pump including supply,fixing both end of ISMB shall be grouted into wall by making arrangement Of PCC block of suitable size as per weight of pump set of 3 Nos 30 Cs. Including Material & Labour for applying primer coat with metal primer on new steel or iron work including preparation of surface and Material & labour for painting two coats excluding primer coat with ready mixed paint (Epoxy paint) for metallic surface in all shades on new steel or iron work. Taking down by cutting / welding the existing rusted/ old foundation girder for fixing new girder at site.MAKE: TATA/JINDAL/SAIL/VAIZAG (One No. at each Pump House MD-1 to MD-6).

Providing and fixing of chemical earthing by digging 200 mm bore 20 feet depth complete with GI electrode with GI strip (for LTDB, starters, pumps and motors) in Pump Houses with coke and salt etc. as per site requirement for newly installed equipments ( PHMD-1 to MD-6)

Prvoding & fixing of lightening arrester with protection radius 100 meter alongwith lightening strike counter & earthing arrangment as per proper specification for pump house and as per the site requirement. (MD-1 to MD-6 )

Supply errection and commissioning of LT single core Aluminum conductor 630 sqmm XLPE insulated, Armoured cable from neutral of transformers to LTD Panels & from transformer to panel in Pump House by providing suitable size thimbles at both ends conforming to IS standards and as per approved make.(MD-1 to MD-6 )

Supply errection and commissioning of LT Armoured PVC Aluminum cable of size 185 sqmm 3 core confirming to IS 7098-1995 as per approved make. (MD-1 to MD-6 )

Supply of LT Armoured PVC Aluminum cable of size 95 sqmm 3 core confirming to IS 7098-1995 as per approved make. (MD-1 to MD-6 )
