Part A: Running Repairing/Maintenance of 04 No’s 33KV Control and Relay panel

Supplying & erection of single piece non linear resistor type lighting arrester suitable for 3 wire 33 KV overhead line with rated voltage 30 KV (RMS) with a normal discharge current rating of 10 KA station class and complete clamping arrangement GI bolts, nuts, washer etc. as required.

Supplying & erection of three piece non linear resistor type lighting arrester suitable for 3 wire 11 KV overhead line with rated voltage 11 KV (RMS) with a normal discharge current rating of 10 KA station class and complete clamping arrangement GI bolts, nuts, washer etc. as required.

Labour cost for 33KV Control and Relay Panel switch repairing commissioning with tightening of all loose.

Rectification of control circuit wiring including same materials as feurels lugs, clips socket etc.

Complete Servicing/Overhauling, Oil Topping, Gasket Changing etc of 33KV CT’s(4Set’s).

Part A: Providing 02 nos. ESE lighting arrestor

Providing of Advance Lightning Arrester, Tested and certified by CPRI (Central power research institute), Govt. of India for impulse current of impulse. No external power supply will be provided. Protection radius upto 52 mtr. in level-3 and 57 mtr. in level-4, minimum height 5 mtr. of lighting arrestor with elevation rod, ESE lighting arrester to be stainless steel location Main Sub-station, MRSS.

Installation charge for ESE type lighting arrestor advance lighting arrestor.

Providing & fixing of ‘6’ digit none Resistible Lighting Event counter with IP 67 Enclosure to count lightning strike.

Supplying and laying 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. Strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring washer etc. as required. (Joining shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50 mm)

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.
