Class M-150 brick work in 1:6 cement coarse sand (of 2.25 fineness modulus) mortar in foundation & plinth including supply of all materials, labour, tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. Up to plinth

12 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to floor two level including internal rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finshed even and smooth. (1) 1 cement : 4 coarse sand.

Cement Concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 Coarse Sand : 4 Graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc Complete. 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.Dismantling cement concrete or brick or granolithic floors, including base concrete and including stacking of dismentled materials as directed by the Engineer -in-charge with in a distance of 60m.

Scraping old white or colour wash including disposal of refuse as directed by Engineer- in- charge with in a distance of 60m.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

One priming coat and two coat oil bound distemper on New work including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion of work

Painting or varnishing on iron work in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint & two coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of all materials ,labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work .(Paint to be used should conform to the ISI no -103-1950.)

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces
